Can't pass verification for 5 days already

Hi,

I’m currently unable to withdraw $11,203 from Duelbits.com.

I was new to Duelbits and started out by playing some Blackjack on March 17, 2025. I had a lucky streak and had some consecutive wins over the course of 20 minutes. After that, I decided to take a break and make the withdrawal.

That’s when the trouble started: Every withdrawal has been stuck in “processing” since then.

Hours after I initiated these withdrawals, I noticed that I needed to complete KYC2 to continue playing their games. I submitted all the required documents and done the liveness check. However, I didn’t automatically pass KYC2 — support told me to ignore the error message and assured me they’d do a manual review.

Since then, It’s been days now with no resolution from live support or email. I’ve contacted support multiple times, and every time it’s the same response saying that my KYC and withdrawals are still under review.

I'd like to ask their representative here to handle with this situation as soon as they can. Thanks

On June 14-15, 2024, I deposited the following amounts into my Duelbits.com account:

14/06/2024, 23:55: +34,779.42 ETH
15/06/2024, 00:33: +34,833.38 ETH
15/06/2024, 01:43: +34,933.72 ETH

On June 15, 2024, I requested a withdrawal of $253,290 in ETH:

15/06/2024, 02:28: -253,290.00 ETH (Status: Processing...)

Despite submitting all requested documents promptly, my withdrawal remains unprocessed and stuck in “Processing” status. Over the past weeks, I have provided more than 30 documents, including certified company records and personal identification. These include:

Certified Incorporation Document
Certified Articles of Association
Certified Share Register (two versions)
Register of Directors
Various forms of ID (Norway Passport, Norway ID Card, USA Driver's License)
Utility Bill
Detailed breakdowns of crypto wallet transactions

Since my last comprehensive email to Duelbits.com on June 26, 2024, I have received no response. Additionally, I attempt to contact them via live chat daily, only to receive generic responses or be told to wait.

Despite my complete cooperation and submission of all requested information, there has been no clear timeline or substantive progress on processing my withdrawal. The prolonged lack of timely and transparent communication is causing significant stress and concern.

I seek AskGamblers' assistance in resolving this issue with Duelbits.com promptly.

I need your help with something that's really bothering me. I was playing on Duelbits Casino for the first time on March 30, 2024. I made some bets and actually won quite a bit of money. But then, out of nowhere, they took away my winnings without even telling me why.

I tried talking to Duelbits about it, but they haven't given me a good explanation. I don't understand what I did wrong, and it doesn't seem fair that they're keeping my money like this.

I started an account on Duelbits two months ago and deposited 200 US Dollars. I was fortunate on sports betting and made some wins. December 5 I made a withdrawal for 1100 USD.

I was asked to verify my account which I did several weeks ago. Now, one and a half month later, I am STILL WAITING for my withdrawal.

I've asked live support several times for an update. Several persons have said for weeks that they will escalate the situation and let me know. I never hear anything and return to live support, only to read the same answer yet again: That they will escalate.

No serious company spend weeks to verify a valuable customer, and have no clue to what the verification delays, and even promises to notify the customer without doing ANYthing for weeks on end!

This is very unprofessional and irresponsible.
