I played at ChalkWins Casino on September 6, 2024. I won €120 at the Casino, which I wanted to withdraw. I made a repatriation which was rejected due to missing documents. I sent the documents which were accepted. I made a new repatriation on September 9, 2024, which still hasn't been approved. I have been in contact with customer service but they are not responding to my messages. Could you please help me to get my winnings into my bank account?
