Casinia Casino - I asked for a withdrawal in March, and still waiting for it since then

I opened an account with Casinia around February. I asked for a withdrawal in March, and still waiting for it since then.
First, i was waiting 1 month, asking them via chat what happened with my withdrawals with just saying me that they will pay. After 1 month, they finally asked for tons of documents, that i sent already. And they were all approved. After that, more waiting. And now, they closed my account. I have inside 3000€ and they don't want to pay it out.
They just say: Ask us via email, but they don't answer via email.

I already received the money.
Everything was resolved. Anyway, i will write here my opinion about Casinia: They were 3 months retaining my money without any reason, i wrote them EVERYDAY during this time, and i am sure that they treat ALL their customers in the same way. They make big delays to their customers, so they can use customers money like a free credit and just start to give me the money when i started the complaint. In my opinion, they are a scam bookmaker. But, this matter was resolved.
