Campobet Casino - Unresponsive in verification
I have won money in Campobet, and they are unresponsive in verification.
I have sent the necessary documents three times now.
Casino does not answer my emails or contacts made through their chat.
17th Feb 2025 - Sent the necessary documents, bank statement from 7th Jan to 7th Feb, and event history that they are still requesting on the website.
21st Feb, I sent an email about the status of my verification.
25th, I contacted through chat to ask what is going on and if the documents were correct. Told me that they'd get back to me.
26th Feb I received a generic email to send documents to verify my account. I thought perhaps the documents didn't upload correctly the first time, so I sent them again.
4th March, I sent an email for clarification about why my verification was still pending and about a deadline of 6th March, before escalating this further.
7th March: Final attempt to resolve this in their chat. Also sent my bank statements again.
With the above contacts, I've been in their chat at least three times during these weeks to ask for an update, and they always tell they'd get back to me - and they never will.
I'm led to believe that Campobet is withholding my money without intention to ever pay it to me.
Ask yourself: Is this a reputable casino I'd like to play in, and if I won any money, can you withdraw it?
