Campobet Casino - Ridiculous payment schedule

Hello together,

i have a big problem with Campobet and im very disappointed in the way they treat customers.

I deposited a total amount of 2477€ at this casino in the last month.

This weekend i started winning and made 4 payout requests.

1. of 900€
2.of 800€
3.of 400€
4. of 800€

The first one got paid yesterday (18.12.18)
Then today my other requests got cancelled by the casino without talking to me before.

I got a weird email with a payment schedule of 400€ per transaction ( that means they want to payout 400€ every 3 days. That takes till next year, especially because they dont work at weekends).

I have a VIP Level of professional which says monthly payout limit of 10.000€.
Because of the fact that i invested 2477€ there and only got 900€ paid out, i dont accept that. Ive never heard of something like that and it makes the casino seem very unprofessional and not trustworthy.

I want at least my whole deposit amount back in one transfer and we could talk about a payment schedule for the rest.

We kindly remind you that your withdrawals in the total amount of 900 euros were successfully paid in accordance with your schedule 18.12.2018. After that our Finance Department asked you to divide the payments to 400 euros each in order to make all payments in the shortest possible time. Since your monthly limit was 10,000 euros, it would be much faster to withdraw your winnings in small pieces.

We would like to clarify that during the registration process at all our projects you accept our the Terms and Conditions and agree to follow them. According to Paragraph 6.13, "The casino administration reserves the right to make payments according to individual schedule, set the minimum and maximum amount per one transaction and the time for this transaction, which may differ depending on the method of withdrawal, your account level or other relevant factors". As well as it is stated in Paragraph 6.7 "Deposits cannot be recalled or paid back".

Retiradas Nao Funcionam
Estou há 3 semanas tentando processar uma retirada do site CampoBet sem sucesso. O saldo atual da minha conta é 4197 BRL (menos de 850 USD).
Na primeira tentativa, dia 02/06, responderam com um pedido de documentos (normal em qualquer site). Respondi prontamente, enviando todas as verificações requisitadas.
O saque programado seria feito por Transferência Bancária (mesmo método que eu já havia usado várias vezes para depósito).
No dia 07/06, me responderam o texto abaixo:
"Informamos que recebemos os documentos solicitados e sua conta foi validada com sucesso.
Seu pedido de saque de referência Id 50677470 foi rejeitado, pois nosso provedor de pagamento local encontra-se indisponível nesse momento. Por favor, efetue o pedido de saque por outro método disponível em nosso site"

Entrei em contato com o chat e fui informado que, excepcionalmente, eu poderia tentar o saque via EcoPayz ou Neteller (mesmo não tendo usado nenhum destes métodos para depósito, eles abririam a possibilidade de saque). Criei uma conta no Neteller e pedi o saque no dia 14/06, novamente o saque foi negado, dessa vez sem nenhuma explicação.

Dia 15/06 o site foi reformulado, e agora não aparecem mais disponíveis os métodos Ecopayz/Neteller para saque, apenas transferências bancárias. Hoje 16/06, tentei sacar e apareceu um erro chamado "modal.error.1333.title". Entrei em contato com o chat e me recomendaram limpar meu histórico+cookies do browser. Fiz isso e tentei novamente, agora aparece um erro na tela chamado "Verification Email".
Entrei em contato no chat, e me disseram que o tema seria respondido em poucas horas. As poucas horas passaram e nada foi feito.
Entrei novamente em contato no chat, e dessa vez me pediram pra enviar um email para [email protected], pedindo uma nova verificação.
Enviei o email e recebi uma resposta automática pedindo + 3 dias para retorno.

Enfim, fica claro que o site está agindo de forma absolutamente incorreta e maliciosa comigo, isso é um absurdo. Se eu entro no chat, as respostas são as mesmas respostas evasivas de sempre, é o cúmulo, não sei mais o que fazer.

Campobet Casino - The casino is unwilling to re verify my account and 2500e stuck on CampoBet
It's been 3 weeks approx since this saga started with Campobet when I tried to make a withdrawal of 500 euros since that's the single withdraw limit. I have made withdrawals before on Campobet and my account has been verified before, so I didn't expect any issues this time either, other than a single withdrawal usually takes around 3 working days so the process itself is very annoying and takes time when you try to empty your roll. After my withdrawal request, Campobet decided that my account was not verified anymore and I would have to send every document again to proof my address and identity, so I sent them everything they required, electricity invoice, bank statements, photo of my ID (multiple times through document uploading page and support e-mail). Now they are insisting that the documents are not real and the bank statements are not the original ones uploaded from e-bank, which they are. I don't understand how they can make such claim and I don't know what to do anymore. I've been going back and forth with their customer servants but again nothing has happened in a week.

I suspect that the re-verification requirement is because I switched address about 3-4 months ago and my account was verified when I lived in previous address. I tried to change my address to campobet but the customer servant said that "You need to verify your account first before you can change your address". So now I am not able to change my address on the site - to the address they require - to get my account re-verified to get withdrawals through. They've required proof of my former address, which I've sent and they still haven't updated my address. My former place is still under my custody and is even visible in my current electricity invoices, but still they won't do anything.

So that's the case in detail, really don't know what the next steps are to save the approximately 2500 euros stuck on the site.
