I was hesitant to open a complaint on The matter, but I think that I have given the casino enough time to resolve the matter. I signed a settlement agreement with Campobet and I was supposed to receive 2500 euro to my Visa card, which I have used as the payment method when depositing. However, the payment did not successfully reach my card and is now stuck somewhere. I have contacted my bank multiple times and they have said that Campobet must contact them in order to get the money moving.
The process has been ongoing since August and it has taken too much time on my behalf. Campobet contacted me a month ago saying that they are looking into the matter, however it still has not been resolved. I have asked them to re-send the money, since over three months is simply too long. I see that the casino is responsible for completing the transaction properly.
