How can you see? My account is verified. My first withdraw was a success. But with higher values they don't want to pay me. They keep telling me to verify my account through a link they send by email. I also did it via the link in the email. But then they keep sending me new links nonstop.

I don't know what else to do. you can see all the evidence in the attached photos.

Hello,

Account porrinha registered on Bitcasino.io on October 29th, 06:16 GMT. At 07:28 GMT, the user made a deposit of 224 mBTC, once the funds were available on the account balance, the entire balance was placed on a single bet in Evolution Gaming’s Bombay Club Blackjack 2, resulting in a win of 448 mBTC.

At 18:23 GMT the user attempted to make a withdrawal of their balance. This withdrawal was declined and the account is currently restricted while our Player Safety & Assurance Team awaits for the account owner to complete a “KYC” procedure. Once all requested processes have been completed and reviewed by our team, our staff will be able to assist further regarding this complaint.

Our Player Safety & Assurance Team has performed an investigation and deemed that this account attempted to defraud Bitcasino.io. Please find the relevant point from our terms & conditions below:

5.19: If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you are using the "Double Spend" methodology, Bitcasino.io shall void all bets and winnings. Specifically, if you win, then confirm your deposit on the Blockchain and attempt to withdraw, all winnings will be confiscated and your account will be closed permanently. We shall also exercise this right where similar activities are attempted from any connected accounts.

The player has been informed via e-mail that all remaining account balance has been confiscated, and the account shall remain closed permanently with no option to reopen.

they simply do not want to pay me or return the amount I deposited. the only thing I did was speed up the bitcoin transaction because it was taking too long to confirm. askgamblers surely this is a thief casino. I wanna my money back!
