Hello AskGamblers Team
I did a withdrawal wire transfer transaction on FEB 7,2020 for $677, 348, 500 US . The transaction has been approved from their end after I submitted all the necessary documents and KYC process and I got emails confirmation for approving KYC and transaction too .
I supposed to receive the wire transfer within 3-5 business as they mentioned in the email the received .
Well i didn’t receive and i send them email asking for status of transaction and there excuse was a bank closed due to statutory holiday and advised that i should receive within extra 3 business days .
I wait another extra week and i didn’t receive anything so I send another email to let them know i didn’t receive it so they asked to send bank transactions showing there is no incoming wire transfer . I did send them and they told me that they need to investigate with provider and it takes 3-5 business days .
On FEB 11,2020 they asked me for new ID due to KYC so i spoke to the agent over the phone and told him that i did KYC last week and it was approved and i got email confirmation from BETSSON.
i have a bank account and I called my personal banker to checked and confirmed there was no incoming transaction coming or blocked to my bank account.
Betsson keep fooling me by promising me that i’d receive money shortly .
I did a biggest mistake to join this casino but i choose it because its rated 10/10.


I don’t what to say but its worst casino i ever joined and support them with documents i never have been asked before from other Casinos .
I am looking for Your help AskGamblers and i can support you with all emails between them as prove for how long they have been fooling me and don’t want to pay $1525 USD .

Hi Sapneel,

First of all I want so say that I am sorry to hear that you had a bad experience and I will be happy to assist in clearing up any misunderstandings.

In your complaint you mentioned making 3 withdrawals. However I want to clarify that only one of these was actually completed and issued. The first withdrawal of $677 was requested at 06/02 15:00UTC but cancelled by yourself only a few minutes later meaning the balance of the withdrawal was added back to your account balance and never sent to your bank.

Also the withdrawal of $348 that was initiated at 06/02 19:57UTC was cancelled by yourself and credited back to your account balance. After reviewing your matter I can see that this was checked and confirmed to you when you were in contact with out customer service on the 14th February.

In regards to the third withdrawal of $500 I can see that it was requested on the 7th Feb. It was processed and approved a few hours later the same day and paid out by us. However yesterday this withdrawal got returned back to us due to the bank details entered by you when requesting it being invalid or incorrect. Once this information reached us we sent you an email asking that you send us a bank statement showing your account details so that we can re-issue the withdrawal and make sure the correct details get used. I kindly ask that you reply back to the email we sent yesterday with your details and we will assist you further.

First i would like to say don't fooling around with the facts. I never cancelled my withdrawals and i have confirmation of your email that your payment have paid already
i would attach those conversation and its been more than 3 weeks you guys don't care about my withdrawal
and i didn't enter any bank details wrong..
please refer the attachment for your email that you guys told me payments have been paid.
i have 3 withdrawal and i sent all my bank details again so make sure this time don't just give excuse
i have $677, 648, 500 usd withdrawal pending.
please refer the all attachment so you can see how many times you just fooling around.
i hope nobody gets a trouble like i got from betsson

Hi,

We have been in contact with the user over email past couple of days to clear up misunderstandings and we have re-issued the payment to his bank account. We expect customer to receive the payment within 1-4 banking days and that this will resolve this issue.

Since the transaction has not yet been received on customer end and since the normal 5 day transfer time has passed we have raised the matter with the bank in order to investigate potential issues or causes for the delay. While this is ongoing we have been in contact with customer and arranged a new payout using alternative methods. We expect for the funds to be received in 3-5 banking days.

Hello Alex,

It's been 5 days since i didn't get any email from alex and even no refund about my money.
I am waiting for my money since 45 days and i sent email so many times about my withdrawal
i have suggested them use muchbetter app which is easy and convenient still no reply and no solution from betsson. Whenever i tried to connect with alex he never reply.
i would suggest don't use betsson any player this is fraud company they don't care about there customer

Hi Sapneel,

Our bank has made ta detailed check of this transaction including conducting a trace that confirms that the payment was received by the Bank of Nova Scotia on the 3rd of March. If you have not yet received the funds on your bank balance I ask that you reach out to them and ask that they investigate the reason for this. Using the details in the proof of payment that I provided you with they should also be able to do a trace of the transaction from their end. Similar to the trace that our bank did to confirm that money was received successfully by Bank of Nova Scotia.

If they need additional information on top of what I have already sent you in order to do their investigation I would be happy to assist. But for now all information I have available to me indicates that this is a problem that needs to be resolved on their end.

I have been following my payments since Feb 8 ; However, Alex is not helping me out to get my payment.

i didn't receive my money and alex is try to sneak this situation i was trying to contact him out through live chat, email etc.

Alex is not solving my problem . I am sincerely requesting you that if it is possible to transfer someone who can be responsible and give me quick solution about my withdrawal i would be great.

I spoke with my bank i didn't get any money and i earlier sent my account activity.

I am going to post one more time on askgamblers.com so people can stay away from your fraud website.

i need my payments asap. Please transfer my case to someone who can response quickly on email. please i don't want alex again he is not understand my situation.

i can suggest you can send my withdrawal through muchbetter app which is easy to use.

Hi Sapneel and AskGamblers,

We believe this matter to be resolved from our end. As previously stated we issued the payment on the 2 of March and we have received confirmation that money was received by the beneficiary on the 3rd of March.

If money has for some reason not been credited to the bank balance this is something that needs to be resolved between the customer and his bank. As we have confirmation that funds were received by them. If needed they can conduct a trace of the transaction on their end to identify potential problems. Same as the trace we conducted to confirm payment on our end. They should be able to conduct the trace using the information we already provided. But should the bank ask for additional information needed to do the trace we will be happy to assist.
