My first 4 deposits take some time to arrive (up to 30 mins), but this one takes 2+ hours.
On bscscan, you can see there are 5 deposits.

But on my bc.game account transaction history the last one (120 USDT) didn't show. Even after two hours, customer service has not responded.
Just when I want to take a screenshot of my transaction history, the bc.game website seems to be at maintenance, it says: "Error: Oops! We lost your network, Please have a check!". (Or "Error: Service error")
Also I can't remember my account name so I just wrote my email address (The website is down, I can't check it at this moment), my nickname is a bunch of random letters.
