I made a deposit 4 days ago using a method I've used hundreds of times for instant deposits. The money was not credited. I made several inquiries the first and second day and was told I just have to wait. I was finally asked for more information which I provided (screen shots of the deposit to their casino and the withdrawal of the money from my bank account) and still, 4 days later, I have no funds in my account and my deposit has not been refunded, nor have I had an answer from this casino. At the last communication I had with them, they said they had to send the information to their finance department and that I would get a response by email. Another day later, still no response.

The only response I can make is, seriously, this seems acceptable to you??????

it's been 5 days since you received my money, and three days since I sent you the record of the deposit to your casino (which included the transaction record showing the transfer of the money to your casino through the very reliable IDebit, plus a copy of the withdrawal of the money from my bank account) and now I just have to be patient and wait for a response?? It's been 5 days. What timeframe seems reasonable to you? A week, a month?

Dear EXISTENCEGYPSY and AskGamblers team,

We would like to inform you that the problem with deposit was successfully solved and the funds (77 CAD) were credited to player’s account.

As soon as EXISTENCEGYPSY provided confirmation that the funds were debited from his bank account, we immediately transferred this request for a solution. The payment system was also involved, which is considered to be a third party. For this reason, waiting for a response took a bit more time. To our deep regret, we cannot have an influence on the speed of consideration of such issues.

When we received an update that the funds were credited, we immediately informed EXISTENCEGYPSY and apologized for the situation occurred. What is more, we offered a freespin bonus for the inconvenience caused.

Our team wholeheartedly hopes that EXISTENCEGYPSY accepted our apologies and spend a marvellous time at our casino.

Yep, 6 days later they have credited my account with the funds I deposited. They also offered me 20 free spins to make up for the inconvenience. I have requested a cash out of my funds. Hopefully that goes smoothly.
