Hello,

I have a problem with 20bet casino.
Namely, I registered as a new user and accepted a 100 euro bonus for a 100 euro deposit.
When I did that, I first had to spend my deposit so I could play with the bonus (it didn't appear anywhere in my account)
I lost my 100 euros on various bets and now it was time to play with the bonus money.
Whatever bet I placed, football, basketball or tennis, I couldn't place a bet larger than a few cents.
I sent various inquiries but they kept saying that they had the right to limit bets so I could try another bet. Unfortunately, it wasn't possible to bet with that bonus.
So my advice is that you don't take any bonus from 20bet.
And now I don't know for what reason, one morning I just got an email saying that my account was closed?!?!?!
I ask them for an explanation, and until now I did not receive any response from them...

If you were so up-to-date and willing to cooperate, you would have responded to the 3 emails I sent you.

Your bonuses are not usable and you closed my account for no reason.
