I am reaching out to seek assistance regarding the sudden closure of my account with 20bet Casino. I opened my account just 5 days ago and placed some bets during that time. However, I received a message from the casino's support team stating that my account has been closed by the decision of their management, but they did not provide any specific reason for this action.
I believe there may be some active bets pending on my account, and I am concerned about the implications of the closure. I have reviewed their Terms and Conditions but still do not understand what led to this decision.
