Hello,

I am reaching out to seek assistance regarding the sudden closure of my account with 20bet Casino. I opened my account just 5 days ago and placed some bets during that time. However, I received a message from the casino's support team stating that my account has been closed by the decision of their management, but they did not provide any specific reason for this action.

I believe there may be some active bets pending on my account, and I am concerned about the implications of the closure. I have reviewed their Terms and Conditions but still do not understand what led to this decision.

I would appreciate any guidance or support in resolving this issue, as I believe the closure may be unjustified.

Hey,
I can not be sure because I have played a lot of tickets.
When I was last time loged in I have a few tickets still active - but I do not now for sure on what did I put bets on...
Because when I want to login my account was already blocked and I could not see my bets anymore.
I will said around 30-50 euros maybe.

As usual, 20bet find some stupid reasons to close someones account.

This time they said I use the password liek someone else.

that is a really faithfull reason to close someones account.

But they do not close when you registered, and put the money on account.

THey will close your account when you will try to whitdrawl your money-

Yeah you really need 2 weeks so solve this case.
Like when you want cashout from 20bet.... It will never going to happened.

And I know what will they say, that is my acc linked with someone else and that is the reason to close my acc....

Heard it like 10 times before.....

Following a careful review of valid information and proof presented by 20bet Casino management, the AskGamblers Complaint Team has reasonable grounds to suspect that the player might have been involved in committing potential fraudulent activities.

The AskGamblers Complaint Team maintains zero tolerance towards players trying to abuse our complaint service and not using it in a good faith. Therefore, we made the decision to reject this complaint and to impose a permanent ban on the player to use our services from now on.
