I was betting at 20bet casino last 2 months, and there was really no problems.
First there was something about verfication, they asked like too many things to verificate myself - but I sent them all and this was ok.
Even I was succesfully whitdraw about 170 euro on january the 14th.

After that I made several deposits - total around 484 euros (one was 170 euros and the other was 314 euros) - you can check all of it in my screenshots.

In this few days I won about 1600-1700 euros. My tickets were normally classified as won.

I normally put bets after that and suddenly one morning (16.1.2025) I received email that my account was closed and all winning were substracted by the decision of the casino.

They took my winnings and my deposit.

How can this be legal???

They did not give me any explanation, just telling me that decission is final and it is not negotiable.

We are pleased to provide information on this case. During the audit, it was found that a group of about 8 users were betting on betting matches. They coordinated and bet collectively on dubious events, which is fraud in sports betting.

The accounts were closed following the rules:

‘The bookmaker reserves the right to refuse to accept a bet from any individual without giving a reason.

Bets placed by a group of bettors acting in concert (as a syndicate) in order to exceed the limits set by the bookmaker, as well as colluding with others in order to obtain an unfair advantage through bonus schemes or any other promotions offered by us’

Dear all,

I can claim that I bet exclusively for myself and my own account.
I can also say that I did not use any bonuses.
the bets were placed exclusively on the offer offered by 20bet - without any bonuses.
All the bets I placed were accepted. Some of them were winning and some of them were losing and they are all classified as such.
Please 20bet to publicly disclose information about their claims that I bet in a group?!
They can therefore say that anyone who has winning bet on some sports event has bet in a group with other players who have also made a winning bet.
such claims are ridiculous and baseless.

Can we as users place a bet that 20bet did not place?

20bet closed my account, took my deposit and my winning bets.
This is unacceptable.

What message is being sent here?
