Deposit is simply not credited to my NetBet account. Made a deposit of 10 €, wasn't credited to my account on NetBet but gone from my bank account. No reply from any form of customer support. Have tried contacting customer service via website message, e-mail and the WhatsApp feature. No response. The issue is that simple so not much more information to disclose. As attachments are my bank transfer and the history of my account that shows no deposits.

Hello Johan,

After checking your case, we have seen that you have been informed about the fact that your deposit was refunded automatically and your money should be on your bank account, if they are not, please get in touch with your bank.

In matters of responses, you have received an email from us on the 22nd following your email sent to us on the 21st.
