£17,000 win unfairly confiscated

Net bet from 25th December 2015 were running a promotion where if you deposited 7 days conescutviely would receive a 200% bonus up to £2016.

I didn't automatically get the bonus but had an email with the code to enter so I withdrew the funds I deposited in order to be eligible and deposited £1,000 and after entering the code was given a £2,000 bonus.

As balance betting does not break their terms of conditions of bonus abuse (I have done this several times before and had withdrawals through), I bet the full £3,000 on 1-6 on Roulette and I won.

Following that, I went on the cashier page of my account and looked on Active Bonus to check the wagering was £80,000 as had been originally stated in their terms. There was no active bonus though, so I spoke to Live Chat on 2 separate occasions (see attached screenshots) and was told I was fine to withdraw even though I knew this would cause complications.

I am not being unreasonable here whatsoever, and will gladly fulfil the wagering requirements if Net Bet could sort out their bonus system, however because they have messed up, they have confiscated the winnings and refunded my deposit of £1,000 so they have stole £17,000 off me.
