Magical Spin Casino - Refuses a withdrawal without any notification

Hello @AskGamblers,

I've had a terrible experience with the Magical Spin casino.

I've had a pending withdrawal since 11.08.2023 after I completed a wager of 7500 EUR and decided to withdraw my winnings of 2000 EUR. I've reviewed all their policies and there's no written processing time frame for withdrawals. I've followed all rules and have not gone over the maximum bet of 7.5 EUR.

The chat support is not helpful, they only said to contact [email protected]. I've done this for the past week (several times). They do not reply at all. The chat said on Tuesday that the payment will be processed this week. But it was cancelled yesterday, without even notifying me why it is cancelled, is there any issue or what is the case?

The funds are credited back and now the chat support says next week the processing will happen but they cannot confirm anything and to contact the Finance department again. I've done this but they don't reply and do not provide any specific processing time frame. So the payment is again pending without any idea when it will be processed.

This is a horrible experience as you don't get any answer. The chat is referring you to a non-responsive mailbox. I've sent several emails over the past week. My experience with other casinos (who process payments during working days) is that you won't wait more than 2-3 days to get a payment, or if it is more (technical issue, verification issue etc.) they will provide any solid explanation and give a proper time-frame. Here, this is not the case. May payment was pending for 6 calendar days and just got cancelled without any information - no email, no message, nothing. If I did not log in to check, I would have no idea. My account has already been verified but I contacted the Verification team on 11.08.2023 just to make sure it is fine and the payment is not pending for additional verification. I've not heard anything back from them as well since last Friday.

I am a patient person but haven't heard anything from the team processing the payments, no solid information on their site (policies) regarding processing time-frames, which is what makes me raise this complaint. As my winnings are basically locked on their site and they do not help in any way to understand what I could expect and when. I've attached files confirming the cancelled payments (with no notification), the new ones, payment history etc. (private).

Please review this complaint and help me get this resolved.

I registered to see what's up with this casino because I started to get emails from them I don't know from where and how they got my email.

I told them to close my account, After they "closed" it, I receive every 2 days 2 promotional mails from this casino, I contacted them once and twice to stop the spam but very strange in my account before closing I had all notifications off but I still got the spam.

After 2nd time telling them via live chat to stop the spam I still get their promotional mails so I reported them to their Curacao licensor and contacted them via livechat 3rd time to stop, they said from now I won't get anymore mails.

If I do get any more mails from them.... I will complain to their domain registrar for spam and to be taken down and closed.

Nothing in particular, I've tried it by making few deposit.

I think the payout is under standard. Customer Service is never available. I sent email to close my account no one is responding. I unsubscribed a 100 times and still get their email. Not recommended

Have a lot of games

nothing else I can remember

Well, where do I start, first of all even if the casino has a lot of games most of them are restricted to my country, this is the first time that I cannot play elk games..
I manage to get a big win 3000 Euros, Completed the wagger try to withdraw and then the problems starts:
- Took them over a week to review my documents and approved my account.
- After my account was approved, I withdraw, and took them over 2 weeks, with me asking everyday what was happening, to let me know that I broke one of their rules and my account will be closed and blocked from playing.
- The rule was that even after I finished the welcome bonus wagger I could not even bet more than 7 euros... when the waggering was done.. Never heard of another casino to have this rule before.
And finally if they closed and locked my account they have to return the deposit that I made at the start, still waiting for their response but their live chat support is at best mediocre, they just disconect if they dont have an answer, they make you wait over 10 min for answer a simple question, and their financial department is not responding at all.
awful casino if you win, you will never get your money, and at least they will make wait for a month to give the money that you win.

Alright I have been making a review last week, as you see I had withdrawal running. I'm still waiting for my money.

Communications after withdrawal is such a mess! The finance department isn't even replying on emails.

Have been making a withdrawal on the 26th of December and according the rules it's within 48hours,

Finance department rejects your withdrawals allows there own withdrawals on different dates.


Support is telling the same stuff over and over again you just don't get anywhere.

In the first place when I started to play this was all good, but after my withdrawal it all turned around.

Big choice of games
some operators are professional

Hello after depositing 75EUROS I was lucky and won 900 since tuesday morning I sent all documents to
approve my account. You cannot withdraw till that is done. I send a few email to finance department and nothing
they say 48h maximum. So conclusion I gambled my 900 euros away. I am really disappointed of the attitude they do this on purpose so you would play back your winnings.
Now I asked to close my account

I have already made 3 deposits at Magical Spin Casino, made a small win with my 2nd deposit, and got paid 2 days later, together with KYC approval. Not too bad. Another good thing is that there are no deposit fees for deposits or withdrawals either.

However, there are still several things that aren't that good with the casino. The wagering requirement on the welcome package is a high 35x deposit+bonus, the minimum deposit required to claim it is 25 EUR, again higher than usual, and the games selection isn't that good either - no Microgaming, no Play'nGo, no Quickspin, amongst others. Fans of Pragmatic Play, EGT, Endorphina, Elk Studios, GameArt would not be so disappointed though. I'm not a fan of them.

Well, Magical Spin Casino should make some changes to their rules in order to be more popular with players. Minimum deposit is 10 EUR, which is good, but 25 EUR to claim any bonus is a bit too high.
