The little bonus spins offered a few times a week. I have played with this casino for a while.
I am not liking the customer service right now. I am little player and sadly not too lucky. I recently won $225 and was excited to cash out. I had recently changed my banking so I uploaded the required information. Then was told they wanted a copy of my debit mastercard tied to the account showing my name. As this card is new it does not have my name on it. So then they said they would need verification from the bank. I then uploaded the "original" form from the bank showing all my information, a pic of the card, the number and the accounts it is tied to. It stated my full name and address. When chatting with customer support, the agent is telling me they need the original document. It does not get much more original than directly from the bank. Then to add insult to injury he asks me to upload a pic of the front of my card. So I proceed with that. He then states it does not have my name on it. Talk about not knowing what you are doing. If it had my name on it I would hope I would not be going through this frustration. I asked to speak to a sup and he told me sups only respond to inquiries sent via email. Well I have been emailing for a week and not received a response that is why I reached out to chat. At this point I am at loss..(literally). I sure wish there was an ombudsmen for these matters! I am just a little fish in a big pond.

Only thing I dislike is the lack of slots bonuses, you can deposit a 100 a week and still be declined a free bonus, and the bonuses that do get handed out are very small usually 2 to 3 spins, all other sites I play on have a lot more bonuses I'm not sure how LeoVegas compensates for this? perhaps the easy navigation on the site, either way, more slots bonus would be great.
