Withdrawal issue with Ybets

I am filing a complaint regarding Ybets Casino (ybets.net), as I have been experiencing serious issues with my withdrawal and have concerns about their licensing status.
I won $1,000 from playing a slot game called Gods of Glory by Slotmill, among others, and requested a withdrawal almost 3 weeks ago. However, my withdrawal was canceled without any notification or clear explanation. I only discovered the cancellation when I checked my account. Upon contacting customer support, they informed me that the withdrawal was rejected due to “site security” and that my gaming activity was being sent for verification by the provider, which would take up to 2 weeks days.
Two weeks have passed, and I still haven’t received any updates about the status of the investigation or my withdrawal. Additionally, my balance has been decreasing despite me not playing any games since the withdrawal cancellation. When I asked for an in-game transaction history, I was told to email their support team, but no concrete response has been provided.
I contacted PAGCOR, as Ybets claims to hold their license. However, PAGCOR confirmed that Ybets does not hold a license under their jurisdiction. This raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of Ybets Casino and its operations. I have attached a file with PAGCOR’s response for reference.
I also informed the casino that I struggle with gambling addiction, yet they responded by stating that they would only close my account after I had “fully lost or withdrawn my funds from the balance.” This kind of practice feels predatory and irresponsible, especially for a casino that claims to be reputable.
What I want from Ybets:
1. Immediate resolution of my withdrawal and payment of the $1,000 owed to me.
2. Transparency regarding the ongoing “gaming activity check.”
3. Investigation into Ybets Casino’s licensing claims.
