I have been playing on this casino for a while and I had no problems with it until I wanted to withdraw my funds.
First I tried to withdraw using my credit card, but got an email the next say that there was an error with the payment provider and that my withdrawal was cancelled and that I should try using another withdrawal option.
This was 5 days ago. I have reached out to them through mail and through live chat, but I never got any other answers than I had to be patient.
If my withdrawal was cancelled, it should not take almost 5 days to get the money back on my casino balance.
I just hope this can be resolved.

What I don't get is it's been 9 days since you canceled my withdrawal and I feel you are just stalling this. Canceled should mean that the funds will be reverted back to my balance.
Hopefully this will be fixed soon. Thanks again for the reply!
