I am filing a formal complaint against Ybets Casino due to the blockage of my withdrawal and their complete lack of response.
Withdrawal Amount: 120 USDT
Withdrawal Date: 21/02/2026
History and Evidence
Multiple emails were sent to their finance team ([email protected]), but I have received no reply.
Chats with Ybets support (screenshots attached) show:
Generic replies like “Your withdrawal is being processed”, “Please wait”, and “Your case is a priority”.
Chats were closed or blocked by the support team without any resolution despite my repeated requests for immediate processing.
I was unable to speak to a manager or obtain a concrete payout date.
No action has been taken on my withdrawal for over 27 hours, despite repeated promises from their support team.
My Request
Given the persistent delays, lack of communication, and the fact that I was blocked from the chat:
I request the immediate processing of my 120 USDT withdrawal.
If the withdrawal cannot be processed promptly, I request a full refund of all deposits on my account, as the situation is unacceptable.
I have attached all emails, chat transcripts, and screenshots as evidence of my attempts to resolve this issue directly with Ybets.
I kindly ask AskGamblers to intervene and ensure my funds are either paid or refunded without further delay.
