Hi,
On 11 November 2024, I registered on Ybets and made a deposit. Then I made a couple of bets and played some slot games. After I requested a withdrawal, they canceled it right away and requested documents.
On 13.11.2024 I sent them all the documents, on 14.11.2024 they told me they had sent the documents to the responsible department and told me that I have to wait for 10 days now.
Now 12 days passed since then and there are still no updates. Their live chat cannot help, but kyc department doesn't answer emails.
Pls help me get the funds back.
