- Deposited around 200 USD on Nov 30th, 2024
- Placed 284 bets
- Won it up around 800 USD on Dec 2nd, 2024
- From one minute to another, Ybets removed my winnings and put the account in debt
- NEVER withdrew from the site
- Deposited MULTIPLE times since registration
- NEVER taken bonuses
- Live chat did not provide any meaningful help
- No casino plays, only sports bets


Goals:

- Explanation from YBets
- Restore my account balance so I can withdraw my winnings

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Ybets Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.

Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

This practice is strictly prohibited according to our terms and conditions, clause 18.3.
