I deposited $50.00 and accepted the 250% bonus. After a substantial amount of play, I successfully satisfied the full wagering requirement—a requirement I understand was close to $7,600—and finished with an account balance of approximately $820.00. I then initiated a crypto withdrawal.

The issues began immediately with the withdrawal process. I was first informed by your support team that the maximum processing time for a crypto withdrawal was 24 hours. When that time passed, the timeline was suddenly extended to 48 hours, and then, after that deadline expired, it was extended again to 72 hours. This continuous change in the withdrawal policy and the issuance of misleading information is entirely unprofessional and suggests a lack of transparency.

Now, after the 72-hour window has also passed, my withdrawal has been cancelled, and I am told the funds are subject to a 14-day "win review." I followed every rule, completed the difficult wager, and now face a mandatory two-week delay and a full stop on my payout. I need to know precisely which rule in your Terms and Conditions justifies holding a withdrawal for a 14-day review after the wagering requirements have been fully met.

This situation is particularly concerning given my prior experience last year, where my verification process was unreasonably delayed for months, resulting in the loss of my balance before my account was finally approved. This current action feels like a continuation of a pattern designed to frustrate and delay the payment of legitimate winnings.

I request an immediate and definitive resolution. I ask that you provide the necessary documentation explaining this "review" and guarantee the processing of my funds immediately upon its conclusion, with no further attempts to delay or withhold payment.
