I am requesting assistance to receive my winnings totalling $4500 from YBets.net. I submitted the redemption on May 9th. I never received any communication confirming submission. The next day, I checked the website and my redemption request had been cancelled without any notification or explanation. I contacted live support who informed me that my account is under review by the Provider and it could be 14 days or longer. I find this to be an abnormally lengthy amount of time. I looked up reviews on a reputable website and discovered a large amount of negative reviews of YBets.net from players who were told all the same things I am being told, only to end up with their winnings being retracted without notification or explanation. I am concerned that is currently happening to me. This behavior causes into question, the legitimacy of this casino. It can seem like they are being evasive to process the redemption. I have complied with all Terms & Conditions for the casino and winnings were honestly obtained.
I respectfully request assistance in getting my redemption approved and the transaction successfully completed.

Following a careful review and consideration of your case, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that, unfortunately, your complaint is not compliant with the AGCCS Guidelines, section Balance played off while waiting to be paid and, therefore, is being rejected. Please keep in mind that following all AGCCS Guidelines is mandatory.

Please keep in mind that while we can understand your frustration and disappointment of probably not being paid within the time frame specified by the operator, it is up to you to refrain from playing until the processing of your payment is finalized accordingly. Instead, you kept playing and lost your balance subsequently which means that unfortunately, you will also lose the validity of your claim against the operator which led to the rejection of the complaint.

And while we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that in case of disagreement with our decision further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.
