Delaying my wd not answering

They gave me free 50 bonus with wagering 3000 thousand and I succeeded in wagering it and I had 500 USD. I submitted a withdrawal they canceled it and they requested my ID I provided to them and they never answered, claiming that KYC department would never reply. Take my money and I closed my account! Also never check my ID this was plan do not pay me!!

Yes of course you have cancell it due to the verification issues you disabled my wd feature and you never answered waiting to loss the my money to avoid to pay! Also Ask Gamblers if you check the conversation before there was claiming that I have cancelled my wd now they change and said that they cancel it as said 100 times here! Please take final decision enough with lyers! The complaint will be not accept never as resolved if I don’t have at least the 400 USD In my account!
