Delayed Withdrawal and Verification Process

I hope you can help me with my issue. Since October 17, I have been unable to withdraw my funds.
At first, my withdrawal request was pending for three days, and then I received an email stating that KYC verification was required. On October 20, I submitted all the requested documents — my ID, a selfie with the ID and the casino website in the background, and a screenshot of my crypto transaction.
On October 23, I contacted the support team, and they told me they would send a follow-up request. The next day, October 24, I received a reply from the KYC department asking for an additional proof of address, which I sent immediately.
On October 30, I contacted support again via live chat, and they said they would resend the request to the KYC team once more. However, today is November 1, and I still haven’t received any response.
It’s been two weeks now since I have been unable to withdraw my money.
Please assist me in resolving this issue.
