On August 1st, I submitted a request to withdraw €700
Their team said it would be transferred within 24 hours, but after 4 days, they canceled the withdrawal, asking for identity confirmation.
After sending all the documents within 20 days, they did not confirm or reject the documents.
They do not respond to letters; they do not respond to claims. Only after sending a complaint to the money collection systems on their website did I found out that the documents were received, but the identity was not confirmed, and the possibility of withdrawing money was not provided.
Before that, small amounts of €50-€100 were transferred several times within one day to create an image of reliability and not look like a fraud scheme
