Casino blocks 700 USDT withdrawal for 65 days and fails to resolve the issue
This is the first time I’ve ever had to file a complaint about a casino
I joined Ybets in March 2025, and I’m still a relatively new customer. I’ve never made a withdrawal during my time as a member, and now my first-ever request for 700 USDT has been pending for 65 days without result.
I made the withdrawal request on May 9, 2025. After that, I contacted live chat multiple times throughout May and early June. Each time I was told things like “We’ll process it soon” or “The relevant team is handling it,” but no progress was ever made.
On June 11, 2025, they told me the withdrawal was paused and asked me to send an identity document. I submitted my passport the same day. That was the only document they asked for. After that, I received no confirmation, no update, and no change in the withdrawal status.
As no progress was made despite all my efforts, I submitted a complaint using the licensing authority’s online form to report the situation to the Anjouan Gaming Commission. This was the final step I could take, since Ybets hadn’t resolved the issue nor responded properly. After that, Ybets replied in live chat stating: “The appeal is accepted, further discussion of this issue is possible only via support e-mail.” I sent a follow-up email as requested, but they never replied and I didn’t receive any confirmation or acknowledgement from the licensing authority either.
I followed up several times via chat and email between mid-June and early July, but for a long time the case remained unresolved. They either stayed silent or kept repeating vague promises without any action. The first reply came by email after I said I’d go public with the issue if it wasn’t resolved — and when they finally responded, they claimed I hadn’t verified a Skrill account. That confused me, as I don’t have a Skrill account. I stated this and asked for clarification, but they haven’t responded. Once again, the conversation ended without any follow-up or resolution.
I’ve complied with everything asked, provided ID, stayed patient, and followed up repeatedly. It’s now been more than two months, and I still haven’t received the funds or any valid explanation.
I’m now submitting this complaint through AskGamblers, with all relevant screenshots attached. I'd truly appreciate your help, because from my side, I’ve done everything I can and Ybets hasn’t taken action.
All relevant screenshots, email correspondence and the transaction statement are attached below to support each part of this complaint.
