I am asking for your help in resolving a dispute with the online casino ybets.net, as the situation raises serious suspicions about the platform's integrity.

Requested withdrawal amount: $15,000 (first request), then $8980

Problem: The casino refuses to process withdrawals, constantly changing the reasons

Since early May 2025, I have been playing on the platform ybets.net. During the time I played, I deposited a total amount of $14,747. On May 10, 2025, I submitted my first withdrawal request of $15,000, leaving a small amount on the account to continue playing. Support responded that the withdrawal would take from 15 minutes to 24 hours. The next day (May 11), the money had not arrived. I started writing to the support chat every day, and each time I received the same templated response about a "temporary delay".

On May 12, I was informed that my account was "sent for verification to the provider" and that it may take up to 14 days. During these two weeks, I continued playing and tried to request partial withdrawals of $1000–$2000, but none of them were processed. After 14 days (by May 26), nothing had changed. In the support chat, they told me that due to a high number of requests, the verification may take up to 30 days. I decided to wait until June 10, but during that time, continuing to play, I lost $6000 and attempted to withdraw the remaining $8980.

On June 10, they finally enabled the withdrawal option. I submitted a request for $8980, but the next morning I saw that the request had been cancelled. The reason — they now require KYC verification. I sent all the necessary documents to the email address [email protected]. Support assured me that the verification would be completed within 7 days. A week passed — nothing. Then they started telling me that "the KYC department is not working", "your request will be processed soon", and other excuses. Today is June 29, 2025, and there has been no progress with verification.

All verification deadlines have long passed. The casino keeps changing the reasons for not paying out the winnings. It gives the strong impression that the site is intentionally withholding players' funds, forcing them to continue losing money instead of fulfilling its obligations. I found many similar complaints from other users on forums about payout delays, being ignored, no KYC responses, etc.

I am asking the forum administration and regulatory authorities to:

Conduct a review of the honesty of the casino ybets.net / ybets.com

Assist in the return of funds in the amount of $8980

Take action against this casino if systematic fraud is confirmed

I have attached screenshots, support chat logs, deposit confirmations, and withdrawal requests.

Dear AskGamblers Administration,

I would like to provide an update regarding my previous complaint about delayed withdrawals from YBets Casino.

The total amount I requested for withdrawal was $8,980, but so far I have only received $3,000. According to the casino’s rules, the maximum daily withdrawal limit is $1,000, and I was logging in every day to request the allowed amount.

However, since August 8, one of my withdrawal requests has been stuck with no progress. Shortly after, the site went into technical maintenance, and no further withdrawals have been processed since then. As stated in their own terms, all transactions should be processed within 72 hours, except in rare cases. It has now been well beyond that timeframe, which I believe constitutes a serious violation of their own rules.

I kindly ask the forum administration to assist in expediting the remaining payments and to bring this issue to the attention of the casino representatives.
