Both withdrawals said they’d been paid out with nothing going into my account. I’ve sent my pdf bank statements for proof as they showed to previous withdrawals that I did receive and all had the same withdrawal method. This is going on well over a month now and I’m asking everyday for a day what’s going on with the same replies. I’ll attach screenshots off outs off a typical reply.

I can’t consider this complaint resolved until the funds have been received in my account, this is now over 80 days so hopefully won’t be much longer, thanks Ryan
