FIRST ATTEMPT TO WITHDRAW
I' ve tried to withdraw 600€. My account was completely verified on the "account verification" menu (see image1) and also by live chat. Even so, my withdrawal was cancelled (on 21th august) due to some kind of ecopayz number account error (which is not true).
SECOND ATTEMPT TO WITHDRAW
In order to complete the fully verification process, the accounting team asked me to send screenshots of my ecopayz account. I sent 3 screenshots: 1) account details, 2) account number and 3) deposit proof on Tangiers Casino. Accounting support answered that now everything was ok with my account (see image2). So, I placed a new withdrawal request which was again cancelled (on 2nd september). Now i was "randomly" chosen for a new verification process (see image3).
As i described above, my account was fully verified twice, and now Tangiers demands again a new verification process. I hope that i'm mistaken but it seems a stalling tactic clearly. Also, i didn't get a reply to my last email (questioning this "random" verification process).
For the third time, I requested a new withdrawal and I'm still waiting for some answer from accounting team.
Hope askgamblers team can help me with my issue (that started on mid august).
