I have been a member at this casino for over a year now. In the last few months I played and have a balance of $253.07. I have been waiting for my withdrawal for over a month, but the casino keeps reversing it back into my account without telling me why.
I keep having to go on chat and only then do they tell me why (new document, screenshots, etc). This last time I was assured that everything in my account was in good order and today I find my money back in my account.

I am tired of this casino making me chase them for my money and never communicating anything with me.
I constantly get calls from them telling me about offers, yet when I ask about my withdrawal they never know what to say.
Please help me get my money paid

Kindly note that all of the requested documents are on file, with the exception of the proof of address. The last proof of address we received from you was in July 2018. As per our Banking Page, please note that All documentation received is valid for 6 (six) months. It is your sole responsibility to provide our Security Department with updated copies of the necessary documents once the validity period expires.

We will be able to review your payout request as soon as we receive and approve a recent proof of address.

It appears you answer much faster on a public forum!

You all ready told me that you needed a new proof of address and I sent it in on the 19th of March.

I will forward the email again, although during our phone conversations you have clearly told me my account was in good standing (after I sent it in)...

This once again reinforces my point that your casino only gives partial information to it's players and has very poor communication when it comes to paying out...
