Well after playing at tangiers for approximately 18months and losing around 10k I finally had a bit of a win, I kept playing and watched my playthrough and ended up with approx 3000.

I believe I requested withdrawal of 2000 on the 14th April, at the same time I updated the missing document for verification

On the 15th I received a email saying I'm fully verified.

19th I went to check withdrawal and noticed 2000 back in account and in chat was told about vouches for the first time so I went to printers and emailed vouches back (during this time I turned the 2000 into 4000) and submitted a withdrawal request for 4000 on the 21st, I recieved email that same day saying verification completed.

28th April I email asking what's going on.

29th April I receive email saying withdrawal declined as I have no vouches, I replied with screenshots of the emails from previous week where they said they received vouches. They admit fault. I put another request in.

2nd may I emailed xxxx to ask what's going on

3th may xxxx replied to say it will be done on Wednesday 5th of may and as its bitcoin I will receive within 24hours

5th of may I receive a email saying withdrawal declined as they need 2 weeks to verify all the verification papers that were verified over the last 4 weeks.

So they advertise 72hours yet they are trying to stretch it out to 7 weeks and beyond.

By there own admission there mistake has already added 2 weeks now they want to add another 2.

This is not ok.
