For over a month I have been trying to obtain withdrawal of my winnings (lost a lot more)

Have requested on four occasions a wire transfer withdrawal of $1001. The first 3 times it was declined seeking more account verification papers - finally verification of my account was approved and subsequently my forth withdrawal attempt was also approved - screenshot attached.

Tried to find out when funds would be deposited into my bank account - was told by support staff that it would take around 5-7 days. Did not receive any responce from my emails to Support and Security.

Then on the final day for the funds to reach my account, I received instead an email from Tangiers stating that they had reviewed my account and decided to close it before wire transferring the approved funds.

Can you please help me obtain my approved wire funds withdrawal of $1001.
