Delayed withdraw for 11 business days
I want to issue a complaint to SpinRollz for delaying my withdrawal. I won 500EUR and started the withdrawal on the 2th of april.
Today it is the 17h of April and I have still not had my withdrawal processed.
On their site it says the aim to have withdrawals processed in 3 - 5 days, but mine has been pending for 11 business days.
I have tried to contact support to resolve this after wating for 5,7 and 10 business days.
While they are friendly in chat, the answer is always the same:
It's been a delay, but the withdrawal is pending and I don't need to worry. That they have given notice to the finance department, it will be processed soon.
Yet i never get any update from them.
I want to file this complaint since i am feeling they are just waiting me out, until i give up.
So many other casino can process a withdraw in just a couple of hours, and yet this casino has left me waiting for 11 business days.
Hopeful that i can get some help here, as i see other before me have complained about the same issue at Spinrollz.
