Hello, my withdrawal has taken now 10 days (july 18th - 28th), i have multiple times asked via email and live support and everything seems okay they dont need more documents or anything else but just are saying that the withdrawal is coming. They promise to approve and transfer the funds in 3 business days but that is not the case.

Now live support asked me to provide old and new address. I e-mailed them all the information and the email support said that it was not needed. Can yhou already just pay my withdrawal?
