Withdrawal pending for a long time

I am submitting a complaint regarding an unpaid withdrawal of €179 requested from Spinrollz.com via cryptocurrency on Monday, 23 February 2026. It is now Friday, 27 February 2026, and the withdrawal is still not processed.

The casino’s Terms and Conditions clearly state withdrawals are processed within 3 working days. Before the deadline passed, support agents repeatedly cited this exact timeframe when I asked for an estimate. However, now that the 3 working days have passed, the responses have become vague and provide no timeline for resolution.

This is extremely frustrating because it feels like the casino relies on its Terms and Conditions when it suits them, but ignores those same terms once the deadline is exceeded—leaving the customer with no clear recourse or accountability.

Regarding verification: I am not verified, but the casino’s verification page states that verification is not required for my account, as shown in the screenshot I can provide. In addition, support agents have stated multiple times that everything is in order with my account. This casino also does not require verification automatically for all withdrawals, so there is no valid reason given for the delay.

Requested resolution: I want my €179 withdrawal paid immediately.

I was never informed by anyone that I was put on a different schedule for withdrawals and the lack of communication is utterly unfair. In any case, you said that my withdrawal will be scheduled for processing today. Please keep your word and process my withdrawals today so that we can close this chapter.
