Withdraw delayed since 19th of July

I have initiated a withdraw the 19th of July. According to their site and their support the withdraw should be completed in 3 working days. As of today (25th) I have not received my money. The 24th support admitted that they should have already paid me, but asked me to be patient and wait. This is unacceptable especially considering that I'm doing a crypto withdrawal, which should be done quickly and without any hassle.

Please intervene here. After they wrote yesterday "the funds were dispatched from our end on July 30, 2025", today I wrote to support inquiring about the status of my withdrawal.

Support answered me "As I have checked your selfie with ID is pending for verification. I would request you to please submit the selfie with ID."

So far no one has asked for my ID, it was said that I didn't need to do verification. Now suddenly they want to verify documents? And I never received an email about this? What if I never texted support, how would I have known this newfound request?

This is insane. Yesterday they said the funds were dispatched and today they start bugging asking for ID? They are obviously dragging this. Almost 2 weeks of waiting for the withdrawal they never once asked for ID, why is it an issue now? They're gonna check ID for what now, another 2 weeks?

5 hours have passed and still nothing. Which litecoin transaction takes more than 5 hours to go through? I am very curious.

To everyone looking for a new casino to play, this is what you will have to go through. For me it's 10 euros and I'm doing this out of spite, next time for you it can be thousands or tens of thousands. Save yourself the headache and play in a serious casino. These guys don't even have 10 euros to pay out.

sending marketing without consent

Spinrollz continuously sends me marketing by email and SMS even though I have asked them to stop it multiple times. Unsubscribing will not stop it either. They have promised several times to stop it yet I still receive the spam from them. I demand them to explain me whether they are unwilling or incapable of stopping it. I also demand them to stop all marketing immediately. Attached some emails with them.

Withdrawal not paid out on time

I have a withdrawal of 500€ that is showing as being in processing since thursday 19.03 14:36
Spinrollz has told me in email exchanges that everything is okay and that they process withdrawals within 3 business days.
It is now afternoon 24.03 and I’ve yet to receive the withdrawal and upon asking for the status I’m receiving still the same information that it is in queue.
From what I gather from this site this is not a one off occurence

Withdrawal pending for a long time

I am submitting a complaint regarding an unpaid withdrawal of €179 requested from Spinrollz.com via cryptocurrency on Monday, 23 February 2026. It is now Friday, 27 February 2026, and the withdrawal is still not processed.

The casino’s Terms and Conditions clearly state withdrawals are processed within 3 working days. Before the deadline passed, support agents repeatedly cited this exact timeframe when I asked for an estimate. However, now that the 3 working days have passed, the responses have become vague and provide no timeline for resolution.

This is extremely frustrating because it feels like the casino relies on its Terms and Conditions when it suits them, but ignores those same terms once the deadline is exceeded—leaving the customer with no clear recourse or accountability.

Regarding verification: I am not verified, but the casino’s verification page states that verification is not required for my account, as shown in the screenshot I can provide. In addition, support agents have stated multiple times that everything is in order with my account. This casino also does not require verification automatically for all withdrawals, so there is no valid reason given for the delay.

Requested resolution: I want my €179 withdrawal paid immediately.

Withdrawal issues at Spinrollz

I've played in this casino for multiple times with bonuses and have received my winnings(500e) after wager was done for the past couple of months. Last week I won 40k after the wager was done with deposit of 50e+75% bonus. I did the max withdrawals(500e per day, 3 withdrawals max as pending). They all got cancelled and now my withdrawal option is frozen. They say in chat that I need to verify my account. I have not received any information about that I need to do that. No emails, nothing. Only emails stated that my withdrawals were declined. I did send email to them and got the same answer as I did from the chat (4times) and it goes like this: "I have forwarded your question to the relevant department. You will receive an email notification as soon as we have something to say." There's no update about this since I have contacted them. I have heard from other players, that this is what they do after big wins.

Problems with the payment

Hello dear team,

I’m currently experiencing major issues with the online casino Spinrollz.com.

I made two small withdrawals there, which were processed and paid out without any issues about a week later.

However, now with my third withdrawal of just €56(!!!), the casino is causing problems. The withdrawal was requested on July 2nd, 2025, but to this day, no decision has been made regarding the payout.

I have contacted customer support multiple times, and each time I was brushed off with vague phrases. They claim they are experiencing technical issues or a high volume of withdrawals… it’s a different excuse every time. They told me my case has been escalated several times and is being prioritized, but nothing is happening.

I’ve now won nearly €6,000 there, and I’m genuinely afraid I’ll never see that money.

I haven’t used any bonuses or anything like that.

My 1400euro withdrawal has taken 10 days

Hello, my withdrawal has taken now 10 days (july 18th - 28th), i have multiple times asked via email and live support and everything seems okay they dont need more documents or anything else but just are saying that the withdrawal is coming. They promise to approve and transfer the funds in 3 business days but that is not the case.

Delayed withdrawal again

Same old story. Day 8 of not being processed. Submitted on the 7th of July, nothing done yet. This companies' sites all do the same thing: delay, delay, delay. I will be reporting this company as well. They need to be held accountable for breaching their terms and conditions time and time again.

This is the second time in a month that this site has done this on back to back withdrawals.

Spinrollz froze all available withdraw methods

I won 619.87€, and made a withdraw request. The casino timed out the withdraw request after ~ 1 week. After that they froze all my withdraw methods and refused to pay me. They haven't given any timeline when I'm able to withdraw my winnings.

They haven't given any reasonable explanation why all the withdraw methods are disabled. This seems like a blatant scam.

Delayed withdrawlas of 10 days

I requested a withdrawal of 750.00 on May 31 2025 I have not received or has it been processed. I have contact support many times and they just keep saying don't worry it will be processed. The terms and conditions say 3 days for a withdrawl..I have request 3 withdrawls that are active. All have been waiting for more then 7 days. Please help me resolve this. This isn't right at all. They are stalling withdrawls so people cancel them and lose more. I have lost 6000 dollars waiting for these withdrawls.

Problem with withdrawl

I want to issue a complaint to SpinRollz for delaying my withdrawal. I won 500EUR and started the withdrawal on the 4th of june.

Today it is the 9th of june and I have still not had my withdrawal processed.

When I ask about my withdrawal, they promise that come within 0-3 days. And still I don't have it yet.
