Withdrawal issues at Spinrollz

I've played in this casino for multiple times with bonuses and have received my winnings(500e) after wager was done for the past couple of months. Last week I won 40k after the wager was done with deposit of 50e+75% bonus. I did the max withdrawals(500e per day, 3 withdrawals max as pending). They all got cancelled and now my withdrawal option is frozen. They say in chat that I need to verify my account. I have not received any information about that I need to do that. No emails, nothing. Only emails stated that my withdrawals were declined. I did send email to them and got the same answer as I did from the chat (4times) and it goes like this: "I have forwarded your question to the relevant department. You will receive an email notification as soon as we have something to say." There's no update about this since I have contacted them. I have heard from other players, that this is what they do after big wins.

Following a careful review and consideration of your case, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that, unfortunately, your complaint is not compliant with the AGCCS Guidelines, section Balance played off while waiting to be paid and, therefore, is being rejected. Please keep in mind that following all AGCCS Guidelines is mandatory.

Please keep in mind that while we can understand your frustration and disappointment of probably not being paid within the time frame specified by the operator, it is up to you to refrain from playing until the processing of your payment is finalized accordingly. Instead, you kept playing and lost your balance subsequently which means that unfortunately, you will also lose the validity of your claim against the operator which led to the rejection of the complaint.

And while we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that in case of disagreement with our decision further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

I never cancelled my withdrawals as i requested them. Was done by the casino. But the funds are gone. Happens when the casino itself is so dedicated to do this to players, so they wouldn't have to pay the winnings.

First of all, I didn't cancel the withdrawal, it was cancelled through you. Then the withdrawal option was blocked and was only told by your automated chat that i need to verify my account and so on.. Just an example how your site works.

So for the future players who think is this a good site to play.. Be aware.
