recently I joined (machance casino) that is listed here with askgamblers platform wish I trust and use the links for casino gaming, I went and made a deposit I won 120e two weeks now, I have submitted 13 documents, bank statements, bills, screenshots, selfies ect, all the documents are approved and when I ask why the ex cast are still pounding they say I have to update documents again and again, 120e not so much to hurry if they don't pay, I just want to suggest other players do not use the website if you don't want to hate online gambling,

No me quieren dar mi dinero ganado me bajan de 500 la retirada a 100 en solo dos pagos

He ganado 59.840 e echo dos retiradas de 500 y llevo esperando desde el día 6 de abril 2023 estamos a 18 de abril 2023 y me lo bajan a 100 sin decir nada ni ingresarme nada y soy crohno que tengo asta 4 retiradas sin que puedan bajar. E querido retirar el dinero y me piden más ingresos solo ponen pegas primero que una cosa luego otra lo único que quieren es no dar el dinero que e ganado haber si me podéis ayudar.

Resulta que llevo más de 15 dias intentando que me acepten una retirada de mis ganancias que son 500 euros. Pues bien solo me ponen excusas de que si semana santa que si estoy en lista de salida de retirada para hoy así desde el dia 3 de abril del 2023. Después de aceptar tordos los documentos claro está. Retraso en la retirada

Llevo con una retirada pendiente desde el día 27 de enero cuando supuestamente las retiradas son aceptadas entre 3-5 días laborables,luego entro al chat a que me expliquen y me den una solución y lo único que me dicen es que tienen mucho trabajo y tenga paciencia,luego otra vez entro y otra compañera me dice que tardan 7 días laborables,y por decirle la verdad que es un casino nefasto y que juegan con el dinero de las personas,me bloquean la cuenta de forma temporal y no sé si aceptarán la retirada o la cancelaran,únicamente les dije que quería mi dinero,al igual que soy responsable para meter dinero y perderlo,también lo soy para cuando gano y quiero retirarlo,os aconsejo no jugar en esta plataforma,no pagan y siempre tienen excusas y te dicen cosas diferentes para marearte y aburrirte y así desistir de tu dinero,espero que se solucione pronto y me paguen.

Limitan mis retiradas sin explicación

He tenido un problema importante en el cuál no dan ningún tipo de explicación. Jugué durante tiempo en este casino, hice ingresos por encima de los 5.000 €.
En el mes de Mayo, tuve una ganancia importante de más de 130.000 € he podido retirar cada 15 días aproximadamente 1.500 € a la semana.
El caso que con un saldo superior a 113.000 € esta gente me limita a 100 € a la semana(que son cada 15 días) con lo cuál básicamente no quieren pagar mis ganancias con la única explicación de su chat de que es una decisión de su directiva y que no quieren hacer nada. Es una estafa, si ganas por lo que sea, no te permiten retirar tu dinero.

Nada que me quieren oagary

Hola llevo desde el día de 30 del mes pasado que solocited mi retirada y esta es la fecha que nada colocan que un máximo de 72 horas y ya pasaron hace tiempo necesito que me. Soluviones y sean responsables. Machance casino retraso en el pago

Llevo desde el día 31 de octubre esperando una retirada de 1300€ que no me aprueban todavía a día de hoy 5 de noviembre, el día 2 me puse en contacto con ellos a través del chat y me atendió francisco diciéndome que tardaría 24h hábiles en procesar la retirada, las cuales ya han pasado. Ayer me volví aponer en contacto con ellos y me cuentan otra historia, que están con demoras que esta semana se hará y no me solucionan nada. Espero que se solucione pronto y no se demora ya que he invertido dinero para poder ganar.

Retiro no lo aprueban

Esta es la tercera vez que gano en machance casino una cantidad de 1500€, las dos primeras veces me pagaron en un tiempo justo pero esta vez llevan un retraso de una semana. Me he puesto en contacto varias veces con ellos y la primera vez me dijeron que los fines de semana no hacen pagos y que tiene que pasar asta 72h cuando no es así por qué en sus condiciones pone 24h adjunto foto, me vuelvo aponer en contacto con ellos y me dicen otra cosa que como llevo un porcentaje alto de ganancias que no tengo prioridad y que tengo que esperar. Adjuntó foto. En las condiciones de retiro no sale nada de eso tampoco. Mi 1500 aún está pendiente y no me dan ninguna información de por qué no está aprobado. Mi opinión es que esperan depósitos o alguien a perder?
Juego en diferentes sitios y la mayoría de los retiros, están aprobados en 24h , no de una semana de espera.

Delayed payment of 500€

My withdrawal what I made 16.10.23 still not approved. All my previous withdrawals have been processed within 72 business hours, maximum 3 days.

I have emailed them, still no reply. Live chat gives a different answer every time. Friday's live chat said that they have bank problems. Monday's live chat said that business hours means 8 am to 4 pm, so this will only be 8 hours.

Continuous Unreasonable Withdrawal Limit Reductions

Hello AskGamblers!

I wish I came to you guys sooner but this Casino has relentlessly been stalling payments and reducing my withdrawal limits to now 100$ per withdrawal/ per week AFTER payment. On March 6th of 2002, I won a sum of 5551 EU. A week after that win they paid 2000 Eu in one payment which was the Max allowed withdrawal at the time. They then told me my account would have to go through additional verification which took almost 1 year to complete. They then paid the NEW maximum withdrawal of 500 EU. Today I logged in and noticed my new max withdrawal was 100EU and I still have a balance of 3,351 EU left to be paid. It has been a year just a couple of days ago since I deposited and won with Machance Casino and with a little math I estimate at 200 Eu / month paid this will take yet another 2 years to be paid. I would hope we can come to a reasonable withdrawal amount with Machance Casino where I will not have to endure this long to receive my winnings.

Dropped withdrawal limit

Hello Askgamblers family,
Once again I have to complain about Machance Casino. I have a Gold status in casino and on my way to Platinum (93%) soon.
I made a small deposit and managed to win a decent amount. Then I withdrew 1500 EUR that was approved within 4 days. Got the money and was happy.
Now I see they have lowered the limit to 500 EUR per week. I read T&C and did not see anything written that this can be done with higher VIP statuses. This seems not to be anything at their point of view.
I contacted my VIP manager and she said:
"Unfortunately, I have to confirm that the withdrawal limit was set automatically by the system, based on your activity and especially the amount of withdrawals in relation to your deposits, which results to be a little unbalanced. Once a limit or VIP level was set by the system, we no longer have a manual option to modify it, since it is calculated based on specific parameters. I'm sorry to confirm that you will have to be patient if you wish to withdraw the whole amount. 😕 "
Still got 6k on my account, I have deposited probably more than 50k to the account, to me this excuse is just unacceptable.
Please can Casino rep tell how much I have to deposit or lose, so I can get my winnings in timely matter. Currently it would take at least 12 weeks to get them. In reality even longer as I can only make 1 cashout per week and it counts from the approval not the date it was made. I just want my winnings and that is all.
I can provide all screenshots of account, limit, emails with casino etc.
