I am requesting your assistance regarding an issue with Wild.io Casino, which has been unable to verify my account since October 7th 2025.

Despite submitting all required documents and completing every verification step requested, including a live video call with their security department, my account remains unverified.

Since that time, I have not received any response or update from the casino. As a result:

I am unable to place any bets,

I am unable to withdraw my funds amounting to 622.65 USDT,

The support team has not provided any clear information regarding the status of my verification.

My account is effectively blocked, and I cannot access my own funds. I kindly ask for AskGamblers’ help in resolving this situation, facilitating the completion of my verification process, and restoring access to my account and funds.

Hello, 1 week ago I started playing at wild.io casino and was trying to figure out fastest deposit options. I did BCH and DOGE desposits, they were too slow, so o proceeded with 1000 USD worth of ETH deposit from my Binance account.

I did deposit via pressing on QR code option and scanned QR with my Binance app, and not at any point I could've suspected that it would use wrong network.

Apparently, deep in Wild.io T&C there's a line mentioning that ETH must be sent via ERC20 network only, which is nowhere visible on the wallet deposit page. There are no any links to how to deposit section, nothing also mentioned in the small tooltip section there.

As result, I trusted that QR deposit address would be correct and trusted it , but since it was sending ETH from Binance, it autodetected it as BSC20 and tokens were sent via wrong network.

I contacted support, they opened an internal ticket 6080 and it's been a week without any progress whatsoever. Every time I contacted support, I get same "it's in progress" reply and that's it. According to Binance own guidelines, listed here: https://academy.binance.com/en/articles/how-to-recover-crypto-transferred-to-the-wrong-network-on-binance, it's same wallet address and recovery should either very easy (if wallet supports multi-network) or fairly easy (if not, just needed to export tokens using private key to a wallet supporting BSC20).

I understand that mistakes do happen, and that it's players responsibility to verify everything, but I must mention that lack of guidance in UI in the Wallet doesn't help to avoid such mistakes, especially when you result measures such as QR codes to provide mistake-free environment where you don't have to read all T&C before making a deposit.

It's significant amount nonetheless, which shod be fairly easy to recover, hence I raising the topic here for additional help and attention to speed it up.

I deposited 202 USDT approx on 6th November AM. There was an issue with my account not showing the bonus so support had to keep telling me my wager left. In the evening of this day I had wagered over 60% with a balance of around 750 left (202 of this was my initial deposit).

I logged in on the 7th and the welcome bonus had disappeared from my account. The welcome bonus is valid for 7 days to be able to beat the wagering requirements as per their terms and conditions. Hello, I have registered at wild.io on 11 November 2023. I have made 30 usdt deposit and got 45 usdt bonus. After meeting all wagering requirements I ended up with approx 3000 usdt balance. I have completed all verification procedures ( even videoverification call). First they claimed that I have violated their bonus terms. But after I opened complaint at casino.guru they did not provide any proof (< external link removed >). And now they came up with new reason. They have said that I was not eligible for the bonus from the beginning. It is not true. I have all screenshots. And you can look at other complaints related to wild.io on casino.guru. You will see that I am not only the one who suffered from their lie. And my bonus to me was credited automatically, and I had not used any vpn. And now they say that you can not play from Russia, but I have all screenshots, which I made when registered.

Hello, I want to make this complaint to wild.io casino. I was scammed with 13600 USD ( 1,5 months ago in trx, maybe be amount has changed a little).

At this moment Casino Guru already made decision that wild.io scammed me. I do not know how about link, but you can check 13600 compliant with wild.io (it is mine)

I deposited about 800 USD in trx.

Played only slots, and after the wager was finished I had about 6000 balance.

Then the casino asked for KYC, I sent it all.

Then I played again slots and my balance was about 13600.

Casino asked for a video call with Skype and closed my account

I made calls and answered all questions.

Then the casino said that I broke some rules, saying that I using some scam schemes.

wild.io casino can not confirm it at Casino Guru, and started a new scheme, they said that Latvia is one of countries that can not receive bonuses. Also 4 same cases now. You can see this in unresolved complaints.
