I played Twin Spin and Koi Princess and increased my balance for 5euros. Then I played Medusa 2 on mobile and although I got up to 28eur balance, I lost all eventually. But I had many errors both on mobile and on instant play, all games lagged and I got logged out too many times.

Overall I know I was at fault by not reading terms carefully enough but I think they could have been highlighted more. Support could be a little faster and friendlier and in general, if the game selection is decent, then they should improve their promotions.
