VegasHero Casino - Withdrawal not received, waiting since March

I have been waiting on a withdrawal from Vegas Hero Casino from 17th March, initially they asked me to send through verification documents which I did, after waiting for them to be processed they then sent another email on 26th March requesting further documents ie. passport picture with me holding the ID. I waited then for verification checking my account but my verification was not processed. I emailed asking what was happening an on the 23rd April they contacted me via email saying that they required a phone call and would contact me via phone. This didn't happen so I chased the call they then contacted me on 26th April saying that they still needed to contact me via phone and this would happen shortly.

On 27th April I received a call and answered all of the questions and at the end was cut off. I then received an email from the person who had contacted me saying that sorry the call had dropped but she confirmed that the now she had spoken to me the withdrawal would be escalated and I would receive an email when it was completed.

I chased the withdrawal again saying that I was unhappy with the situation and concerned with the site and the fact that they would not make payment of my withdrawal. They sent a further email on 30th April saying that due to high volume of cases there were delays but that the withdrawal would be reviewed and I would be contacted when it had been made. I once again emailed back to say that this was not acceptable and that I needed to know when the withdrawal would be made.

I have now received another email 5th May saying that the situation has once again been escalated and that I will be updated soon. During this whole period I have also made a complaint which should have been resolved within 10 days of making the complaint and which hasn't. I have just responded to the 5th May email stating that I need a firm timescale as to when the monies will be returned to me as this has been going on nearly two months.

The withdrawal amount is for £3350.00. I did not take a bonus, I have played on other Genesis Global sites and have not had these problems. I cannot therefore see what more I can do as I cannot get in touch with anyone other than via email. I have also asked them to call me to discuss to no avail. I have these emails but cannot seem to attach them to this complaint if your require them could you let me know how to send them to you.

This bothers me when i choose to put in money to a new casino when they lie and cant hold what they say. If one thing is wrong so soon what else is wrong with the site is my way of thinking. I feel like I'm not the only one to point this out to them than why haven't they changed the text to the right text which says that the spins are credited one day later and not 10 fs are credited directly. What lured me into taking this bonus was that i got to start the spins today and not tomorrow.

Nothing positive regarding the site or experience I had.

Everything from the lay out to the non existent customer service. I've been waiting for a withdrawal and have sent over 9 emails with nothing back. All live chat offer is that it's under review. I would avoid using this site at all costs and the sister sites they have such as spinit casino. The worst casino I've ever been on by far!

nothing positive to say about this site, the slots are same as many other online sites. Dont play would be my advice they dont like paying out when you win.

I joined this site over Christmas, played the slots I like. I won a lot of money so wanted to withdraw, so uploaded all the information they required to verify my account. Everyday for over a week I had emails saying I had not given them enough information to get my account verified, passport, driving licence, credit card front and back quick to (which I deposited with in first place). Very Very quick to take your money but do not like paying out, Email after Email, live chat everyday for three days they kept telling me it would recredit my card, DONT even bother trying to ring them on there uk free phone number as no one answers JOKE OF A SITE

Easy to navigate, great selections of games. Nothing else.

I am waiting for my withdrawal to be approved for 1.5 weeks. I keep contacting vegas hero through email and live chat everyday but they are useless. All I hear is you have to wait while our management team approve your withdrawal. When I asked how long do I have to wait as there is no casinos with such a long waiting time, they said we don't know, you have to wait and we will pass a message to manager for you. Thats all. I am still waiting for my withdrawal and no of their staff is gonna help me. I used to play a lot of casino and this is the first time when waiting time is so long and staff is extremally unprofessional.

Easy to navigate casino. Couple solid providers. Basic welcome bonus. Deposits work

The biggest problem with this place and it’s other brands is the currency scenario. Australasian players in particular will be able to play 1 or 2 providers in the registered currency and the rest will be in euros. Essentially this will severely minimise the game play and experience. The promotions are very plain and occasional. If your offering currencies simply ensure games are available in that currency or at least notify people upon registration so they don’t get a surprise. Some places the conversion to euros is astronomical.

Won some/lost some. Overall great casino but only 8/10 due to a reason below.

No way to set limits/self-exclude. You have to contact support through Email to self-exclude, that's rather fishy policy although they claim they have responsible gaming policy in place. They really don't. The minute you have to go through Emails we both know what that means.

Vegas Heroes is a sister to Sloty and Spinit casino I think. They have the same game collection and their support is the same host if I contacted live chat on 2 different sites at the same time. Obviously, the bonus they offer are the same as well.

They have providers from PlaynGo, Netent and some others. The layout of the site is not that user friendly and had to take a while to get familiar with where things are on this website. However, the white and red colour combo really looks nice.

They offered a 100% bonus with 50 free spins during sign up but never claimed the offer. After some time, I received an email from them to increase the bonus to 150% and 50 free spins. I logged in and claim the offer immediately. Minimum deposit was $10 at the time however I play in my own currency which is ZAR. I made deposit of 150zar and claim the bonus and receive my bonus instantly without problems. Like most casinos these days come claim your free spins the following day after the deposit was made.

Well It was not long and I busted my deposit again with the bonus as well. The following day I went to claim my free spins and saw 10 spins added to the game. I contacted support and you know there response already. 10 free spins for the next 5 days. When they issue spins like this you hardly win as the first 10 spins hardly warm up the slot.

I am not sure if this is me, but I never seem to win anything really. I get 10 spins and 3 days in a row I never managed to win more than 10ZAR which is $1. I tried Neon Staxx and another slot. If I remember correctly the same thing happened to me at Sloty casino with 10 days of spins in Gonzo quest and nothing.
