Trada Casino - Ignored gambling regulations and allowed me to deposit and gamble before verification
I opened my Tradacasino account at the end of March of this year, but did not first deposit until late May. On the 27th of May 2019, I first deposited into my TradaCasino account and was able to gamble. 2 Days later, on the 29th of May 2019, I was asked for ID to verify my account. Under the new regulations that came in on May 7th of this year, that is now against the terms of their license. I should not have been allowed to deposit without verification.

I contacted Tradacasino about this via email, and was told that because I opened my account before May 7th, I fall under old regulations and this not eligible for a refund of funds. I believe this to be false. Under the new regulations, all unverified customers need to be verified before being able to deposit. I was able to deposit after May 7th without verification. I believe this to be a clear violation of their license. I have contacted the UKGC about this, and they tell me that I am correct in thinking this and that all customers must be verified regardless of when the account was originally made.

Due to this, I believe I am eligible for a refund on the funds deposited as they should not have been allowed to be deposited without verification anyway.

I have attached screenshots of when I first deposit and when I was asked for ID. I have also attached screenshots of Tradacasino telling me I fall under old regulations. Finally, I have attached a PDF of the email I got from the UKGC explaining the new regulations in detail.

Somebody is incorrect here. Either Tradacasino is underprepared and not fully aware of the new regulations, or the UKGC is wrong in their explanation of the new regulations.

I have resorted to this complaint as I am now being ignored by TradaCasino customer service.

Trada Casino - Lost all my trust due to payment issues
Well where do I start... 7 days ago I would have given this casino 5 stars, not only for there game selection but for there customer service (up until recently). everything was going fine until around a week ago I made a withdrawal for £255. It takes around 2-4 hours for them to process withdrawal usually, and then once its processed it goes into my account instantly if I use the TRUSTLY payment method. well this time it never, I received my email telling me it was processed so I go to check my bank and its not there? strange... anyway I go to speak to there live chat agent who tells me ''its definitely processed on our side'' so that leads me to believe it was trustly at fault. anyway I contact trustly via email and also Trada's Banking email address to see if what the next step is.. I get a response from Trada telling me they have cancelled my withdrawal and I need to request it again. anyWAY I do this and it goes through as it should this time round. now 2 days ago I won another £450 and im literally going through the same process literally 1 day after the first situation was resolved. I've now been told this has been an ongoing issue over the holiday period and that I need to wait for them to speak to trustly to sort the issue. so instead of advising there customers that there may be an issue with withdrawals they just don't even bother to acknowledge it and even when it does mess up they don't tell you for 40 HOURS!!! I've lost all trust with this casino i've heard of the saying ''quick to take money but opposite when paying out'' and they have taken it to a different level. they obviously dont value there customers if they did they would have enough respect and loyalty to advise on any 'issue' thats occuring, which in turn would give people the choice before they make a deposit or even withdrawal.

Overrall a very good experience - Good big selection of decent slots, returns are fair and no lag or drop outs.After signing up I had my id verified within 3 hours. I made a withdraw at around 10.30am and was processed around 3.30pm the same day - The withdraw option was to my visa and 30 hours later i had my winnings. I also liked the account option - its easy to see all deposits.

There is the option to cancel pending withdrawals but they are processed so quick that it is only matter of hours.. Its my pet hate when winnings are left in pending for days and so pleased this casino does not do that....

There is also the option to take timeout upto 6 weeks without the need of having to goto customer service or email

Needs a mobile app. Is no paypal option. The slow burner slots that lead on to big and better bonus rounds the more bonus rounds you get - are really slow burners at this casino and I spent a lot money getting no where with them but that might just of been one of thing to me..

What a great casino and support system. I have gambled all over online but I need to tell you I have found my online casino. Keep up the great work and thank you for being honest and for all your support. Tata to all the other casinos!!

They have a nice selection of games and a very friendly and well trained Customer service team which really cares about the players and don`t only give standard answers to queries. Payments are conducted quite swiftly and they are willing to discuss problems and improve their services when players make suggestions. And the cashback offer is excellent!

There could be some more slots such as jackpot slots or live casino games. Also they only hold a UK licence at the moment.

Limited but okay selection of slots nice first deposit bonus.

Tried 3 different devices and could not get the touch feature for any of the Netent games to work nor gain the control to stop the reels by clicking while playing on a desktop (again on the Netent slots). For me that's a real turnoff! :(

I joined this casino a while back and received a no deposit bonus. But never made any winnings from it. I decided to make my first deposit of $20 and received 100% and 50 free spins on Twin Spin. The wagering attached was x25 the bonus amount, which amounted to $500. I started with Fisticuffs and placed bets of $0.40 and within 10 spins I won the 3 wild symbols on 1 line which means the whole reel turned wild horizontally. After the re-spin more wilds appear on reel 1 but not 5 and the winnings were more. I think I managed to win $90 with 1 spin. I tried to complete wagering on many other games because I could only play NetEnt games. I didn’t bother to try Pari-Play because I researched their RTP and they were 95% and below and I didn’t want to risk it. I managed to complete 90% of my wagering but in the end I lost it all. I never made it to withdraw, but I believe you will receive your money in a few hours.

They do from time to time offer nice bonuses and some no deposit free spins when they release new games which is nice.

I spoke to live support, they are quick, eager to help where they can and very friendly which is a huge plus.

But in the end this is another casino with a high rating and trusted certificate which I couldn’t use to my full extend. I feel this casino only have games from Netent, Microgaming and Pari-Play which is limited in my opinion for a casino with such a high rating. This means my choice of slots is limited because my country are not allowed to play Microgaming slots and I easily can get boring of NetEnt games.

The other thing I didn’t like was the Netent slots did not have quickspin feature option on any of their games. This was a huge issue for me as I like to certain slots on quickspin mode as I win a lot more this way. So I would rate this casino a 6/10.

I like the game providers and that was the main reason I started playing here. I am a hopper and like to switch regularly.

Simple questions about wager conditionds could not be answered by the extremely rude support team. So no reason for me to stay here.

I have to make another review of this fantastic casino!

All the support members are doing a great job. You can not compare this to any other casino. Just the best support! (I'm registered in 40 casinos)

I wrote a review on Trada Casino in Feb n have to do another one. There are not enough stars to recommend this casino highly enough.... n what makes this casino exceptional is the support staff n customer service of going above n beyond to help you out n trying to put a smile n laugh in your day no matter how busy they are they always will make time to have a chat, and help you out as much as they can, to Liam, Han, Jack, Greg, Nikki, James n Joe for your endless support n commitment to showing me that their are people out there willing to thank someone for their loyalty.

I have tried other casinos n some of the platforms n layouts are better but their support staff is where they are let down... n to the majority of people that's what counts, especially when you dealing with money.

For anyone looking for a new casino this one is it... Super fast withdrawals easy document process, great platform n range of games both desktop n mobile.Only thing I would like to see is the play n go games then all my wishes would be granted lol.
