Trada Casino - Ignored gambling regulations and allowed me to deposit and gamble before verification
I opened my Tradacasino account at the end of March of this year, but did not first deposit until late May. On the 27th of May 2019, I first deposited into my TradaCasino account and was able to gamble. 2 Days later, on the 29th of May 2019, I was asked for ID to verify my account. Under the new regulations that came in on May 7th of this year, that is now against the terms of their license. I should not have been allowed to deposit without verification.

I contacted Tradacasino about this via email, and was told that because I opened my account before May 7th, I fall under old regulations and this not eligible for a refund of funds. I believe this to be false. Under the new regulations, all unverified customers need to be verified before being able to deposit. I was able to deposit after May 7th without verification. I believe this to be a clear violation of their license. I have contacted the UKGC about this, and they tell me that I am correct in thinking this and that all customers must be verified regardless of when the account was originally made.

Due to this, I believe I am eligible for a refund on the funds deposited as they should not have been allowed to be deposited without verification anyway.

I have attached screenshots of when I first deposit and when I was asked for ID. I have also attached screenshots of Tradacasino telling me I fall under old regulations. Finally, I have attached a PDF of the email I got from the UKGC explaining the new regulations in detail.

Somebody is incorrect here. Either Tradacasino is underprepared and not fully aware of the new regulations, or the UKGC is wrong in their explanation of the new regulations.

I have resorted to this complaint as I am now being ignored by TradaCasino customer service.

Trada Casino - Lost all my trust due to payment issues
Well where do I start... 7 days ago I would have given this casino 5 stars, not only for there game selection but for there customer service (up until recently). everything was going fine until around a week ago I made a withdrawal for £255. It takes around 2-4 hours for them to process withdrawal usually, and then once its processed it goes into my account instantly if I use the TRUSTLY payment method. well this time it never, I received my email telling me it was processed so I go to check my bank and its not there? strange... anyway I go to speak to there live chat agent who tells me ''its definitely processed on our side'' so that leads me to believe it was trustly at fault. anyway I contact trustly via email and also Trada's Banking email address to see if what the next step is.. I get a response from Trada telling me they have cancelled my withdrawal and I need to request it again. anyWAY I do this and it goes through as it should this time round. now 2 days ago I won another £450 and im literally going through the same process literally 1 day after the first situation was resolved. I've now been told this has been an ongoing issue over the holiday period and that I need to wait for them to speak to trustly to sort the issue. so instead of advising there customers that there may be an issue with withdrawals they just don't even bother to acknowledge it and even when it does mess up they don't tell you for 40 HOURS!!! I've lost all trust with this casino i've heard of the saying ''quick to take money but opposite when paying out'' and they have taken it to a different level. they obviously dont value there customers if they did they would have enough respect and loyalty to advise on any 'issue' thats occuring, which in turn would give people the choice before they make a deposit or even withdrawal.

I like there promotion with no wagering and the games

I do not get anymore the promotion or any bonus. Because I only played the promotion with no wagering. I deposit 50 euro and wager my deposit 1 x and then I play my free spins without wagering and withdraw what I have left of the deposit and free spins. So I have closed my account for ever I will never play there!

Now onto the important bits, that make this a very shady casino:

1) High variable games such as Dead or Alive which can payout huge amounts to the lucky player are capped, meaning you can only place a max bet of £/$4.50 whilst on other sites the bet limit is way higher. This is one way the casino alters the RTP and boosts the casinos advantage as the payout will be alot less on such low bet amounts.

2) I was a member on this site for approx 3 months, in that time, made several deposits and withdrawals ending up with a profit of £1900 net overall, suddenly out of no where, my deposit limit was capped and when i disputed this to get it raised my account was permanently closed with the generic clause that read something like "the casino reserves the right to close the players account indifinetly at any time and without explanation and furthermore to witheld all pending withdrawals, and / or to return the original deposits back to the players account".

My warning to every single player out there is, be very wary with this shady casino, they do not like winners and if they do not find you profitable then you will be dealt with in the same manner that I was. Why do i feel so strongly about sharing this on here? because the same thing happened to 3 other gambler I know who had a account here (one whom is a youtube streamer) therefore its a emerging pattern of this behaviour and not a one off thing.

I am still glad I played here and got out profitable, though i have 0 respect for casinos who deploy such tactics, eject winners, cap high payout games and so forth.

Also i would not purley focus on the high rating this casino has here, all the positive reviews may be genuine however its only wise to think that the casino / employees / marketing team can sign up and review themselves, but you know for sure when someone writes a bad review that it is genuine and from a player with first hand experience!

I like the many games and slots on this casino. Also the blackjack with sidebets is possible here. I also iked the staff of Tradacasino, they are very friendly and quickly. They payed fast. Withdrawal took a week. Without any email to notify me what was wrong

No bonus was provided despite signing up with the code. Once they eventually agreed to giving it they took it away after hour without my permission and returned my deposit to my account without my permission.

I felt the customer were all harsh and lacked understanding and actually encourage you to take your complaint further to adr rather then try and resolve it

Some key points I would like to address here. In total we spent two hours in direct conversation with this player on live chat trying to resolve this. It is not true that we refer players to an ADR without trying to resolve issues in advance. That is a misrepresentation. This player did not enter the bonus code in question at the time of deposit. We can provide proof in the logs. This player didn't tell us that he didn't receive his deposit match bonus. The first we heard of this issue was 5 days later, when he followed up on his withdrawal. We were not given an opportunity on the day he deposited to resolve the issue and add the bonus he wanted. The player received our standard 100 free spins offer on first deposit, which he played immediately after depositing. This player raised a formal complaint with another complaints authority which I will not name, and entitled it 'TradaCasino Withholding Funds'. We had just processed his initial withdrawal a few minutes prior to receiving this complaint. We then refunded the players remaining cash balance, to ensure there was no confusion or ambiguity about where this players funds were. At all times, his cash balance was withdrawable but the player did not request a withdrawal. We refunded the balance to ensure that it was clear we were not withholding any funds from the player at any time.

I only made two deposits at Trada, first one resulted in receiving a $5 cashback. It was this that had me attempt to deposit again. Following day I returned expecting another $5 cash back. Wasn’t there. So I went to promotions found a code & link for a 25% cashback, tried to add but realised webpage had faulty link & wouldnt openwhere I had needed to enter promotional code. Contacted support. Had no joy even though clearly their page wasn’t working. Day or two later I return, still not working as it should. Contact support, mentioned my experience to be told he could & would need to add code manually from his end.

What I disliked was when mentioning this problem to this support person, he blatantly accused me of being a liar. Again he stated I was a LIAR!

Now I wasn’t lying nor would I have considered trying to make things up, although there is a clear fault in the webpage & it’s bonus code page link, he still came right out with his assumption & I have never been so offended.

Sort out your dam links on your deposit page Trada, as for your support staff, maybe some manors & respect towards your customers may go along way. I thought the customer was always right in those circumstances, when the business involved has some undeniable faults occurring at that time. Well never spend another cent with them. If I wanted to be told I was a liar I would have contacted my Ex! Poor performance Trada, certainly not the way to conduct business with me anyway.

Casino is very good in terms of communication and speed of deposit and withdrawal. Once you are approved you can literally withdraw money and get it to your bank account almost the same day or day after. The "lock" winnings and withdrawal feature is amazing and EVERY casino should have this option so you "save" your winnings. For Netherlands there are quite a few games.

In the last months the games from NetEnt have been removed for players from The Netherlands. This is a pity as I was a fan of many NetEnt games. Also some games have a very low "maximum" bet like Wolf Gold is only max 2.50 bet. (Other sites you can bet 50 euros if you want).
Last strange issue was that they requested a proof of income "so they can be sure I do not spend more than I can". Which seems like a nice security feature but is really strange that an (online) casino is asking me for my tax income papers ! That was the first time in 15 years of playing online and real casinos that I heard such a request.
