I deposited to Thrills.com casino about 50 EUR and had a lot of fun while playing. I lost over a half of my deposits and tried to withdraw 20 EUR. The casino requested some documents from me, among which was a bill containing my address. I had no bill at hand at the moment. Moreover, though I am registered by the stated address, I am not the owner of the flat and all bills contain not my name. I explained this situation and in addition to my passport (which also contains a page with my address) I provided a copy of the application for opening account at Yandex. Money payment system and a certificate of inheritance rights. All these documents contain my name and the address. The casino kept on insisting on a bill. What do I do then? To buy my own flat and wait for the first bill? Or maybe during a month to spend time and money for becoming the owner of the flat I live in? It's ridiculous. What is interesting, during these conversations with their support via email, I used to communicate with various employees and every new person seemed not to have read the history of my emails. Just an example: finally after multiple emails they said: "If you have some sort of government documents that prove your residence that will work fine too." Wow! Aren't my passport with its page containing my address and the certificate of inheritance rights not government documents? I had sent them in the first email! This illustrates the real attitude to customers in this casino - not attentive, not adjusted. Taking into account the withdrawal amount, it is really ridiculous and humiliating.

Thrills Casino - Closed Account , Confiscated Winnings £1,341
I opened an account with Thrills.com depositing £2,900. Within a few days my balance increased to £4,241 and I requested a withdrawal (having provided copies of my ID). A few days later I tried unsuccessfully to log into my account. I spoke with live chat who said: "You have permanently self-excluded on our other brand Under and UKGC guidelines, if a customer self excludes on one of our sister sites, then we are bound to withdraw account facilities and void all gameplay after the date they have self excluded, as all our brands come under the same UKGC license … You can have account on each brand, but under UKGC guidelines, if a customer self excludes on one of our sister sites (in your case Superlenny), then we are bound to withdraw account facilities and void all gameplay after the date they have self excluded, as all our brands come under the same UKGC license." Whilst it is correct that I held an account with Superlenny, which I closed on in July 2014, at no point did I reference a gambling problem or request that I be self-excluded. The Gambling Commission define self-exclusion as: “Self-exclusion is when you can ask a gambling company or operator to stop you from gambling with them for an amount of time. It usually lasts for at least six months. It is mainly used by people who think they have a problem with gambling and want help to stop.” I did not declare a gambling problem, define a period of time that I wish to be excluded by, or request self-exclusion. To the best of my knowledge I did not know that I was self-excluded because I hadn't excluded myself!!! In April 2016, I opened an account with Kaboo Casino (a sister site operating under the same UKGC license). I successfully deposited and operated the account without hindrance. I made several withdrawals and eventually closed the account on 22/04/16 stating that "I no longer wish to gamble." This does not mean or imply that I have a gambling problem. It is merely a polite way of closing the account. I had closed the account having made a few hundred pounds and had more important things to focus on. My email does not reference problematic gambling or request self-exclusion. Kaboo did not question the reasons for closing the account further and did not inform me that I had been excluded. When I opened the account with Thrills.com I didn’t realise that the site is related to Kaboo or Superlenny. Not that this was an issue because I had closed both of these accounts and as far as I understood was not self-excluded because I hadn’t taken the decision to exclude myself! I was able to open the account deposit and gamble without hindrance. It was only after requesting a large 4 figure withdrawal that I was informed that my account was closed and winnings confiscated because I had previously self-excluded from a sister site. The live chat operator referenced my alleged self-exclusion from Superlenny. I vehemently deny this. Despite the alleged self-exclusion I was able to open and operate an account with Kaboo. If the reason for closing the account at Superlenny was incorrectly interpreted as I have a gambling problem then why was I able to subsequently bet at Kaboo. Why was I also able to open the account at Thrills.com? If a player has not self-excluded or referenced a gambling problem or addiction then what right do Thrills.com have to confiscate my winnings. After contacting the live chat support for further details I received an email from James, the Customer Support Supervisor, stating: Having reviewed your case, I have concluded that we have acted entirely properly in closing your account and voiding all gameplay after the date your account with Kaboo was closed. Your statement in closing your Kaboo account ended with you saying "I no longer wish to gamble". Under UKGC guidelines, we would state this is an indicator of potential gambling problems and as a care of duty, we were entirely correct in self excluding the account and subsequently any other brand account which you opened afterwards. This differs from what the live chat customer service operative told me. According to him I had self-excluded from Superlenny? James’ email fails to explain why I was able to open an account with Kaboo in the first instance having previously closed my account with Superlenny citing exactly the same reason. I responded to James via email (attached) and called him to discuss. He was unwilling to change his stance and insisted that I complain to the relevant authorities. I would like to reiterate that at no point have I requested that I be self-excluded from Superlenny, Kaboo or Thrills.com casinos, neither have I reported a gambling problem or addiction. The casino group has not informed me that I have been excluded from betting and has even allowed me to open new accounts without restriction. The casino may have genuinely misinterpreted the email correspondence requesting that my accounts be closed but this is not my fault. Further clarification should have been sought and if appropriate I should have determined whether to be agree a period of self-exclusion and stipulate the period that this should apply. The casino group should have also taken much better preventative measures to stop me from opening accounts if they genuinely believed that I had a gambling problem and had self-excluded from their casinos. Hi guys just want to say I'm not sure how u are having bad customer service with thrills as I have always been happy with them and the effort they put in.

They have good welcome bonuses and it does state in the terms and conditions about the 4 pounds max bet if you read.

I had deposited money and managed to win a few good times which ended up finishing the wagering and withdrawn the winnings :-).

I was really quite surprised to see Thrills Casino had achieved such a low score here at AskGamblers as I’ve always found them to be very good quality in the short time they have been operating. I browsed a selection of the reviews posted by other members and it does appear that there are an awful lot of people falling foul of terms and conditions – this is really very unfortunate particularly when the majority of such cases are based on extremely common scenarios such as betting too highly whilst a bonus is in play or having self-excluded at another casino from the same group as Thrills.

On the positive side, the casino is extremely well designed and has a very modern look and feel – this seems to be common amongst the properties operated by this group such as Kaboo and SuperLenny. They all have an excellent choice of game providers too, the only noticeable omission from my view is Playtech, although it seems to be extremely rare to find Playtech games on the same site as Microgaming and NetEnt for some reason (Bet365 is one notable exception).

Bonus offers are great although they can be a little rarer than I would like. 30x bonus wagering for the welcome offer is amongst the best around these days and is definitely worth taking if still available when you come to sign up – just be sure to read all the terms and conditions!

I think that perhaps more work could be done in making those people who are going to accept a bonus aware of all the requirements they need to adhere to in order to get paid if they are lucky. Whilst the issue of players falling foul of terms and conditions is certainly not unique to Thrills, the industry as a whole would really benefit from implementing automatic checks and software-based enforcement of bonus rules – until this happens, I’d like to see the most important terms shown at the time a bonus is accepted, perhaps with one of those scrolling mechanisms whereby you are unable to move to the next page until you reach the end of the document. Of course there are some who will not take the time to read the rules, but you can’t save people from their own stupidity sometimes…

Good collection of slots, well designed site with easy navigation and withdrawal is super fast. I usually carry out a withdrawal test with a new account, so after registration I deposited 30 Euro via Skrill and played through the deposit, after winning 21 Euro, I made a withdrawal request of 20 Euro and uploaded required documents for account verification. The money was in my Skrill account less than 24hr (since the time of new account registration).

To be 100% honest Thrills is one of the best casinos there is, good bonuses good games.

This is to add to my previous review because it posted before id finished you can't seem to edit on here. The 5.6 rating for thrills is totally unfair. When I first signed up to the site I got 20 free no deposit spins, keep what you win. I won £160! After that I thought I'm not going to deposit on here because there's no way I'm going to win any money when I've just been given free money! I did end up depositing, I think it was my second deposit £10 I won £600 and something, straight after that I put another £10 on and won £890! As for fast payout..zoooommmm! since then I have deposited more and I have won the odd £100'ere £60 there, and I've also lost but that's part of game.

My 1st 3 wins were big ones. I've read some reviews where people think this site is rigged and they take your money... those people do not know what they are talking about, and they obviously don't like losing. You can trust Thrills. Although I'm a bit upset with them at the moment (reasons in a review below) anybody who's in two minds, or even just thinking about signing up.... I'd Definitely say sign up.

Ever since The site updated there was a problem on my account where I couldn't deposit. I contacted support more than once, explained the problem, I was told to clear the history, cookies etc on my device, try different computers try different web browsers on both mobile and laptops which I did, more than 3 times there was still a problem! So I sent an email (more than one) hoping it might getd ealt with better, I uploaded a screenshot and a video of what was happening.

The response....I kept on getting told to do the same thing over and over again, I told them I'd already done all that. It's like My emails weren't in English! I'd done everything they asked me to do, it was a problem on my account and I know that for a fact because I set up a new account (which was closed shortly after) on the same device, I only set it up just to see if it was a problem with my device and it wasn't, there was no problems on the new account. I offered my password so they they could sign in and see for themselves... but no they ain't allowed to do that. I asked for it to be passed to the technical department and not once was it passed! Through frustration of repeating myself I told them to close my account which I'm gutted about. I've deposited a lot of money on this site and I've also won a lot of money I'm just disappointed that They never even bothered to try and fix this problem. 😞

This casino has all the same games as everywhere else. There is nothing positive to actually say about this casino. Play elsewhere.

A casino that has unbelievably poor customer service. It's so poor it's farcical. They refuse to have a telephone conversation with you and claim to have replied to emails when they really don't. My withdrawal still hasn't been made after two weeks. This casino is not worth the hassle. Stay away if you actually want to withdraw any funds.

1. We replied on all your mails. 2. You withdrawal was made instantly on request, but a bank transfer can take up to 7 days in worst. 3. We are always open to hear suggestions about how we can improve our operation, but in this case we acted accordingly.

Great selection of games and often payout decent wins. Won £2500 then had it confiscated due to breach of terms and conditions. The casino is good but if you plan on using the bonus be sure to check the terms before you do.

The terms I breached were to do with betting over the bonus limit but before all this I was told everything was fine on the phone until the last phone call all the sudden it was confiscated if there is a limit on betting then I think casinos like this should state it clearly before people use there bonus features I won't be using again.

I joined this casino long long time ago. I used to be loyal player and high roller here. I remember when I first registered here I lost about 2-4ks the first weeks. I turned the tables with 8k win. After that win and cash out (took my win the very next day), slots started playing as I wanted... made many cash outs.. and I can say it's decent enough except if slots aim you and then guys you're gonna sweat a lot to earn something.

Moreover site is good. Not a 6.5 for sure..they deserve at least 7.5.. I've seen 8.5 casinos which deserve a 5... so guys don't get twisted with the ranking..

Since I'm loyal player I deserve fast withdrawals 0-2 hours max. Honestly no less no more. I don't like waiting. I have been a member of this site for 3 years I think. In that time I have deposited about 11000 euros and cashed out only 5500 euros. Most from one cashout of 3000. I usually play the same games but I always lose. I can go 10 deposits without any good wins. I cannot count how much I have played Piggy Riches and Magic Portals but I never get any good wins.
