Range of games and the layout furthermore nothing.

So I have been playing here for a few days and my experience is not good.

First of all the chat service is poor.

I wanted to know why my (2nd) withdrawel wasn’t processed, because it has been pending over 24 hours ( account is verified) , and as I had understand it should be processed within 24 hours. So I contacted the live support and asked them why it wasn’t processed yet. She told me that she would check it for me. Once she came back she told me that it would be processed, so I asked how long will it take, then she litterely said; For more detailed information please contact the department in charge at ‪[email protected]‬ and they will inform you properly.

So at this time I was over 20 minutes on the chat just to find out when my withdrawel should be processed.

She then told me, when I asked what she had done over the 20 minutes, that she had been in contact with the relevant department. So I asked if she could ask the department how long it still gonna take, she then said; For more detailed information you need to contact the department in charge i am not dealing with payments. If you don't have any other query I will need to terminate this conversation.

I asked for a senior employee and she disconnected the chat. Unbelievable.

Furthermore I had severall chat sessions before and they where also not great.

Second the verification process takes about 2 till 3 days if you are lucky, which in my opnion is way to long.

Third withdrawel time is way to long.
They always give you excuses that they have to ensure their security measures,
in my opionion thats just a stalling tactic. Other casinos can process it less then a few ours.

Based upon my experience I wont recommend playing at this casino.

I like the variety of the games and that it is easy to find the games I want, it is a very comfortable site to play. I like to play on Svenbet on my phone, and it doesn't get stuck at all like some other casinos. I really would like to share my experience with this casino. A good friend told me about this casino and I registered. I deposited and totally forgot to claim my bonus. Because of that, I connected to the german chat. The agent informed me about the regular process and how I should claim my bonus first and after he just add it ! It is the first time, a casino is adding me a bonus I forgot or didnt claim at all. I got suprised and happy as well. However, unfortunately I couldnt wager the bonus and win, but support offered me as good will an other bonus and I will continue playing in this casino, for sure.

It is not clear enough, how to verify the account, I had to ask the support. It would be also nice if all providers would be available for the welcome casino bonus.

With my tiny balance I played Gonzo's Quest slot and lost it very quickly.

Not only the bonus required a 40eur deposit, which is quite high, but it also had 40x deposit + bonus wagering which is the reason why I didn't claim it in the first place.
