They do have BetSoft and Rival. Bonuses are generous. Support is responsive.

While you can win a bit on the site, the Rival game caps are the lowest online. New games capped at $12.50 per spin where every other site allows as much as $125. This makes it extremely difficult to get through the bonus play through when you cannot wager very high even if you have a solid balance. It is really for low wage gamblers only. Recent winners on nearly every other site is 10-15x higher for the same games because they do not cap.

The worst thing though that really prevents these guys from having real gamblers come to play and get a higher rating is the fact that they not only have the lowest wage caps on Rival online...they also have the lowest withdrawal cap online.

$500 which is clearly designed to keep the bulk of your balance in play. They do not allow multiple withdrawals to queue either so it is $500 and whenever they get around to it.

Similar sites like 7bit, Mbit, BitStarz, Slots.lv, Bovada, CafeCasino, Ignition, Drake, Gossip - $9000 every three days. Some $5000 per day. Even Vegas Crest allows $2500. Superior - $500. Obvious why they are doing it and it is shameful.

They claim the wage caps go up as you play. I have deposited thousands and the caps BARELY went up.

They've got a good selection of games, both Rival and BetSoft. I can't say much about their bonuses because I don't like to play with bonuses as I don't like the whole play through thing, but apparently their's are considered fair, generally in the 21x to 30x range. I've found their customer service to be helpful and friendly and they don't do the hardsell like I've experienced with some of the other rival casinos. Also, after playing there for a while, I find that very often when I login, there will be a free chip waiting for me in the $10 to $40 range, which is always a nice surprise.The couple of times I submitted withdrawals I ended up revering them and playing the money, so I'm not sure about the withdrawal time, but I didn't get the impression I was being given the runaround or that they were trying to deliberately delay my payout.

I wish they had no rules bonuses like so many of the RTG casinos offer and I don't like that they cap their withdrawals at $500 per day. If I win more than $500 I'd like to be able to withdraw it all at once.

Apparently you have to lose more than $2000 in deposits before you reach some VIP class...at which time you are then allowed to wager reasonable amounts. Until then there is absolutely no hope of winning on the site because they have the waged amounts capped the lowest ONLINE bar none. I would recommend just boycotting the casino. It is completely unethical to limit new players to such a ridiculously low waged amount in order to reward their other players.

There are better sites with the same games that did not pull this c***. Not sure who in the world at Superior thought this is the way to encourage new player play, but it is the worst idea ever. I like the games but I am so angry about how they force you to only play BetSoft because they capped Rival to betting nearly nothing that I don't know if I will ever return. It is absurd.
