Hallo.

Ich habe mich bei Slotlords angemeldet und gespielt. Die ersten Einzahlungen habe ich via Skrill getätigt.Nach einiger Zeit erhielt ich die Meldung das ich eine andere Zahlungsmethode wählen muss und entschied mich für Google Pay. Ich wurde zu einem weiteren Anbieter verbunden ( FLVA) dieser hat das Geld aber nicht über meinen Google Account abgebucht sondern direkt über meine hinterlegte Karte. Die Zahlung scheint in meiner Bank App als Zahlung an FLVA GLASGOW auf mit 1,39€ Spesen. Ich versuche seit 1 Woche meinen Gewinn auszuzahlen und werde immer wieder abgelehnt. Ich habe einen Screenshot meiner Bankomatkarte,meines Google Wallets und meine Kontoauszüge geschickt. Slotlords möchte einen Beleg von Google Pay. Diesen gibt es natürlich nicht weil Google Pay nur als Maske genutzt wurde. Ich habe dieses Geld ohne Bonus gewonnen. Ich habe von jedem Gewinn Screenshots gemacht. Der Support von Slotlords reagiert überhaupt nicht. Ich frage höflich um Hilfe und erhalte keine Antwort.

Ich hoffe,dass ihr mir weiterhelfen könnt. Mitlerweile zehrt das sehr an meinen Nerven.

Ich habe am 25 dez 30 euro einbezahlt mit bonus ,über neteller. Habe den bonus ordnungsgemäss umgesetzt und wollte auszahlen lassen. Habe mein konto verifizieren vor 2 tagen. Und trotzdem verweigert man mir ständig die auszahlung.

Ich habe dieses Onlinecasino vor ein paar Wochen gefunden und für sehr interessant befunden da viele Provider dabei sind die mir woanders manchmal fehlen.

Es wird mit vier verschiedenen Einzahlungsboni geworben die man durch einen Promo Code bei der Einzahlung auslöst. Alle vier habe ich nach und nach eingelöst und auch erhalten. Danach wird damit geworben, dass man montags und donnerstags einen Reload Bonus erhalten kann in Höhe von 25% der Einzahlung. An dem Donnerstag vor 48 Stunden habe ich sechs verschiedene Einzahlungen dort getätigt, sogar durch betätigen des Buttons für diesen Reload Bonus. Der Bonus wurde nicht gutgeschrieben. Ich habe den Chat darauf hingewiesen und man hat mich vertröstet mit den Worten dass man nichts machen könnte. Ich habe an diesem Tag einen ca vierstelligen Betrag dort umgesetzt, genau zusammengerechnet habe ich mir das nicht. Daraus sollte resultieren, dass ich am Samstag, also heute Freispiele erhalten würde da ich in den letzten sieben Tagen mehr als 600 € umgesetzt habe. Auch dies ist nicht geschehen, auf Anfrage mit derselben Aussage dass man nichts tun könnte. Ich befinde mich auf der Level Stufe 10 dort, habe also eigentlich schon VIP Status... zumindest mehr als Lvl 1 auf jeden Fall. Und es ist offensichtlich wie viel Geld ich dort umgesetzt habe. Die Aussage im Chat, man könne nichts tun ist mir einfach viel zu wenig für das was ich dort umgesetzt und auch eingezahlt habe. Ich habe auch im Chat darauf hingewiesen Seiten wie diese hier zu kontaktieren um diesem Online Casino die Chance zu geben das vielleicht auch mal zu klären, darauf wurde nicht weiter eingegangen.

Deposit limit not set by the casino
I have contacted support (on chat, message and email) to set a deposit limit. The first email I sent them was 13th of November. I got a reply the 15th of November and responded to this the 16th. Since my first request I have been able to make deposits to my account.

The website does not have a responsible gaming section where players can set their own limits, and in the chat I was told the only way to set a limit was through email.

I argue that the casino has failed their responsibility and demand that the money I have deposited after I asked formally to set a deposit limit will be refunded.

Casino closed my account and not pay my winnings

On July 1, 2025, I made a deposit of 45 euros with a bonus. I made the necessary wagering and after real balancing I requested a cashout of 500 euros.

The next day, in the morning, I received an email from the casino confirming that my account had been closed according to a decision of the administration, that the decision was final and my account could not be reopened.

I was speechless, considering that I was a long-time customer at the casino and had never had any problems or created any that affected myself or the company.

It was very unfair not to mention the reasons or why, even though I was calm and aware that I had not done anything wrong.

But the most important thing is that the Casino gave its word that it would pay my withdrawal.

that there would be no problems with that.

They requested new documents: gas bill, selfie holding passport and on paper written "Hello Slotlords", passport and my account information. Everything has already been sent successfully. Help me casino disabled account
