First, I would like to say I have used Shuffle for over a year and have never had any issues.

I am fully verified, and I have deposited money and received withdrawals with no issues up until now.

It has been 38 days since I requested my withdrawal of $20,000 to my crypto wallet, and every day, they have told me it would be done tomorrow.

They had some issue on their end, but I think 37 days is a little long to still be waiting.

I have our entire chat conversation saved, where they have told me that it would be sent for the last 37days every day.

I would love to get this fixed so I can get back to using their platform, as overall I really like it, apart from this one time, everything else has gone smoothly.

I would like to request your assistance regarding an issue with Shuffle.com Casino, which has been blocking my withdrawal since May 14, 2025.

My account is verified until step 3. I tried to chat with live support and responded with "For assistance with your query, please email [email protected], and a member of our Sports Compliance Team will get back to you as soon as possible." I asked on chat and on mail(robotic answers, no help) and they told me that some department need to review my uploaded documents, manual review. Problem is my documents are already accepted on site, i will upload screenshots. So, this casino trying to delay me, i suppose they hope i will just leave.

Opened up my Shuffle account (L2 verified) and they were quick to accept my deposit.

Lost a couple times and after a few deposits later, I was able to come out with a win (I only play live blackjack, nothing else), applied for my first withdraw of 1200usdt, then 200usdt, then finally 1500 usdt in separate withdraw requests.

It's been 48hrs+, and I can't get onto anyone through their live chat as their AI bot tells me to email shuffle support and that no one's available to help me every time. No replies to my emails,

The withdrawals are to the same wallet address that sent it, except that the 1500 usdt one was sent to another address of mine
